Ouzounova/Splash NewsJustin Bieber has been busy traveling around the country (with his mom, of course) plugging his new album, My World 2.0. This week, he's spending a little time in Philadelphia doing radio interviews, meeting fans, and performing on QVC?

Yes, you heard it right. The YouTube kid sang a few tunes live on the TV shopping channel with his friend Dan in an effort to help sell a specially packaged copy of My World 2.0 -- which includes an exclusive bonus DVD -- two weeks before the CD hits stores!

Perhaps Justin's QVC appearance will kick off a new trend amongst musicians? During the 16-year-old's live QVC webcast, John Mayer tweeted: "I would like to sell my CD on QVC but rather than just play songs live, I want to SELL IT!" Hmmm ... since Mayer has a habit of sticking his foot in his mouth, I'm not sure he possesses the skill set (i.e. the gift of gab) he would need to successfully promote his product. But back to JBiebs...

Patrick Demarchelier/Teen VogueWhen Miley Cyrus headed off to Tybee Island, Georgia, to film "The Last Song" (written by Nicholas Sparks of "The Notebook" and "Dear John" fame) in the summer of 2009, she had recently gone through a breakup (remember Justin Gaston?) and had no idea that she would end up falling for her Aussie co-star, Liam Hemsworth. In the April issue of Teen Vogue, the singer/actress and her new main squeeze sat down with Danielle Nussbaum -- in Paris of all places -- to talk about their new movie (in theaters March 31), Miley's future in music, and their budding romance.

So what were their first impressions of one another? "He's really tall," laughs Miley. "I thought, 'Either I'm going to have to be in heels or standing on something for this entire movie! He definitely showed chivalry: I remember him opening the door for the director, and I was like, 'Wow.'"

I'm obsessed with Bravo reality programs, but for some reason had never tuned into "Shear Genius." I was a huge fan of "Blow Out," which starred stylist Jonathan Antin (who now appears as a judge on "Shear Genius"), and was easily sucked into "Tabatha's Salon Takeover," so I clearly have an affinity for shows that revolve around hair and salons. That's why I figured it was about time for me to give "Shear Genius" a try. After Season 3's premiere episode in February, I was hooked.  After all, as the show's beautiful host Camila Alves likes to say: "Hair is important."

I got a chance to chat up the Brazilian model/handbag designer, who also happens to be Matthew McConaughey's girlfriend. (When asked if the actor is a fan of "Shear Genius," Camila cracked, "He better be!") Since Alves had never hosted a TV show before -- and English is her second language -- she had her work cut out for her. Courteney Cox had a very special visitor on the set of "Cougar Town" Thursday: Her precious 5-year-old daughter Coco, who held on tight to her blankie while being toted around by mom.

Although Courteney's quite busy playing a divorcee on the prowl in her hit ABC show, family comes first for the actress, who is hoping that she and her hubby of nine years, David Arquette, can give their little girl a brother or sister one of these days.

Cox, 45, underwent in-vitro fertilization in order to become pregnant with Coco at the age of 39. That's why she and David are considering adoption.

Arquette was recently on "The Bonnie Hunt Show" and admitted that "it takes a lot for us to [get pregnant], so maybe adoption. Listen, I like practicing as much as possible!" he exclaimed. "But it's hard ... I'm exhausted!"

The 17-year-olds were spotted enjoying a round of golf on Sunday, and they looked every bit the couple ... especially with their matching his and hers golf bags. How cute is that?

Even cuter is the fact that they've both been nominated for Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. The "Wizards of Waverly Place" star is facing off against Miley Cyrus, Miranda Cosgrove, and Keke Palmer in the Favorite TV Actress category, while Nick and his brother Joe are vying for the Favorite TV Actor title along with Cole and Dylan Sprouse. Unfortunately, the eldest JoBro didn't receive a nom for his work on "JONAS" (poor Kevin!), but the trio is up for Favorite Music Group.
