Lauren Conrad is Teen Vogue's November cover girl. - Norman Jean RoyWhile her former "Hills" co-stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt love every minute of media attention they can get, Lauren Conrad is not that kind of girl. Unless she's promoting one of her L.A. Candy books or her Kohl's clothing line, you're unlikely to read anything more about her than what she was wearing at a red carpet event. And forget about her saying anything scandalous.

So, why is she starring in another reality show then? "The only issue I had [with doing a reality show] was the lack of a personal life," Lauren tells Teen Vogue in a new interview. "So when I found an opportunity where I could have both, it just made sense." Better yet is the fact that MTV -- the same network that aired both "The Hills" and its predecessor, "Laguna Beach" -- is giving LC final editing approval. "That was the only way I would agree to it."

During a chat with omg!, Kate describes her style as "comfortable and -- I hope -- chic, with a little bit of an edge." She adds that her character Addison, meanwhile, is "very classic, kind of New York, much more East Coast than I necessarily am," she says.

On Tuesday, he was snapped leaving dinner at Taste of India and, earlier in the day, at Henson Recording Studios in Hollywood, where the pop star is reportedly recording another solo album to follow up this year's Who I Am by Nick Jonas and the Administration.

He's also just finished another side project with the likes of Kim Kardashian, Betty White, and other Californians. As Kim hinted via Twitter during filming in late September, it's one of those ads meant to lure visitors to the Golden State.

The former teen idol is now 21 and, as she revealed in an interview with omg!, totally obsessed with her new gig. But things didn't start out that way. "I think that originally cheerleading probably turned me off a little bit," Aly admits. "But when I actually read the script and started to fall in love with the character of Marti and this world that she's in, I realized that the script was so much more than what people would perceive it as at first glance. I liked that it surprised me in that way."

Teen king Justin Bieber will introduce a line of nail polishes in December. - Splash NewsWe warned you that pop star Justin Bieber was taking over the world. Now there's more proof: he will soon introduce his own nail polishes for Nicole by OPI. The names of shades for his "One Less Lonely Girl" line will be adapted from some of Justin's hit songs. Fans will be able to choose from the lavender One Less Lonely Glitter, the glam Step 2 the Beat of My Heart featuring heart-shaped glitter, and the dark blue Me + Blue. Don't like any of those? Maybe the grape Prized Possession Purple, the silver Give Me the First Dance, or the bright red OMB! is more your style.

The nail polishes will go on sale at Wal-Mart in December before -- get this -- another eight colors follow in January. Expect other retail stores to be selling the bottles by February.
