The 28-year-old royal will be skipping the city on his first trip back to the United States since that nude photo scandal erupted after his last visit in August. At that time, pics of the third in line to the British throne partying nude with equally bare ladies in a VIP hotel suite in Las Vegas leaked onto the Internet, sparking a firestorm of bad publicity for the royal family. (Prince Harry, a captain in Britain's Army Air Corps, has managed to stay out of trouble since then, largely because he was deployed to Afghanistan for four months, beginning in September.)

However, he'll be returning stateside May 9-15 for charity events, focused mostly on those that help injured servicemen and women from the U.S. and U.K. armed forces. He'll be in Washington, D.C., where he’ll visit Arlington National Cemetery and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center; New Jersey for meetings with Hurricane Sandy victims; New York City to play in a community baseball event; and will make additional stops for similar events in Connecticut, Denver, and Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Although the 26-year-old still has plenty of other legal woes, she will not face charges for a Nov. 29 incident at a NYC nightclub, where she supposedly hit a woman.

The Los Angeles Times reports that powerhouse attorney Gloria Allred, who is representing the woman, a psychic named Tiffany Mitchell, says Mitchell is "very disappointed" the district attorney has decided not to prosecute LiLo.

"My Prerogative" singer Bobby Brown is not doing things his way right now.

The 44-year-old reported to court on Wednesday to begin serving his sentence of 55 days in jail for a DUI charge that he pleaded no contest to back in February following an October arrest in L.A. The Los Angeles Times reports that Brown is likely to serve no more than nine days in county jail, because of jail overcrowding and other factors.

The sentence also requires Brown to serve four years of informal probation, complete an 18-month program on alcohol treatment, and attend three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings per week.

The former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant showed off a sparkly new ring on her ring finger Tuesday while filming her show "Extra" at The Grove in L.A. Her reps did not immediately respond to requests for comment about the meaning of the new rock; however, an engagement would make sense.

She's dated documentary producer Keven Undergaro for almost 15 years, and they've even talked about taking the plunge in the past. "I think there was definitely a moment where we could have done it," Menounos, 34, explained to Bethenny Frankel on her talk show in July. "And then there were family things and we were like, 'No. Not the right time.'" She continued, "And then after that, we got so busy. And we kind of realized, 'Well, do we really need to get married?' I don't know. And that's still kind of a question in my mind: Are you supposed to get married? Do you have to get married? It doesn't look like it works out that well a lot unfortunately, so it scares me."

The 19-year-old from boy band-of-the-moment One Direction evoked death threats from jealous fans when he and his on-again, off-again girlfriend Danielle Peazer posted pics of the new addition to their family on Twitter.

Although most of the comments from Payne's followers were positive — how could anyone see the Siberian Husky and not say "aww"? — a few Directioners were clearly upset by the development. They could obviously tell how passionate Payne is about pro dancer Peazer and their new furry guy, named Loki, by the way that Peazer introduced Loki on her Twitter account. She called him the "new love of mine and @Real_Liam_Payne's life."

The goth rocker, who's known for wearing freaky face paint and white-out contact lenses, appears to have done just that recently as he exited a Hollywood soiree in a cloud of smoke emitted from a smoke bomb.

Video of the incident, which reportedly followed the afterparty for the Hollywood premiere of "Spring Breakers," shows Manson appearing to wait for the bomb to go off before he walks through a hazy cloud. Manson, 44, then smiles as he and girlfriend Lindsay Usich navigate the paparazzi and hop in a chauffeured SUV.
