Miley Cyrus is back.

The 20-year-old singer-actress lost handily to model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley the last time she stepped into the ring for a Fashion Faceoff. Let's see if she can do any better in the same outfit against precocious 12-year-old singer Willow Smith.

On Thursday, Prince Harry landed in the Washington, D.C.-area and promptly rubbed elbows with political heavyweights.

The 28-year-old, who's stateside to promote Britain, support wounded veterans, and help some of his favorite causes, appeared with Obama at a White House event honoring the mothers of service members.

"Well, surprise!" Obama said as she introduced Harry to a cheering crowd of moms and children who had not expected the royal redhead.

Now the swaggy 18-year-old is headed to the animated land of Springfield.

The Biebs makes a cameo on Sunday's episode of "The Simpsons," in which he'll play himself trying to get into a talent show where Bart is performing.

Bieber recorded his voice for the long-running Fox sitcom way back in August, which seems like eons ago in the Bieber-verse. It was before he and Selena Gomez called it quits (the first time), before he collapsed during a concert, and before he was separated from his monkey in Germany.

That's right -- the actress-turned-tabloid staple, who's recent odd behavior includes several driving violations, a wacky workout session caught on video, a stream of shocking comments, and incessant selfies posted to Twitter, was apparently serious when she first mentioned wanting to design a clothing line back September. And now she's offering clues as to what we can expect her collection to look like.

The 27-year-old actress reached a plea deal on Thursday in the case in which she was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving on a suspended license.

Bynes, who was not present at the Los Angeles Superior Court hearing in Burbank, California, was sentenced to three years of probation and a $1,400 fine for the violations last year.

Bynes's legal troubles began in March 2012, when police pulled her over for talking on a hand-held phone while driving and she sped away. She was arrested for suspicion of DUI the following month.

Her streak of bad driving continued in September, when she was charged with two hit-and-run accidents in April and August, and her license was finally suspended. She continued to drive, however, and was later charged with driving on a suspended license.

Then: Long before Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez spent their time with boy banders and Justin Bieber, they palled around with a big purple dinosaur. In 2002, the starlets met and became friends during the audition process to become one of the gang on "Barney & Friends." They were both hired for the kiddie show and later ended up working on sitcoms at the Disney Channel, before emerging as pop stars.

Two days after the Met Gala, people are still talking about Kim Kardashian's floral frock.

Not only was the pattern unflattering, but it was a tad too reminiscent of a hotel bedspread. And why, oh why, did she have to wear those weird matching, attached gloves? Not to mention that her overall ensemble didn't seem to jive with the punk theme at all!

As a result, the 32-year-old expectant reality star landed on many worst dressed lists.

Even actor Robin Williams weighed in on the fashion faux pas, tweeting a pic of himself wearing a a flowery dress in 1993's "Mrs. Doubtfire" beside a shot of Kardashian from the Met Gala along with the quip, "I think I wore it better!"

The "X Factor" judge showed off seriously lighter (and straighter) locks at the 2013 National Children's Mental Health Awareness Day in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday -- the same day that she began streaming her latest album, "Demi," online ahead of its May 14 release.
