You're forgiven for forgetting every now and then that Selena Gomez -- who has become a major brand in music, TV, movies, and even fashion -- is as young as she is. The teen queen, who only turned 18 two months ago, often comes across as mature and eloquent in the appearances she makes promoting her many projects, including her new album, A Year Without Rain, and her new Dream Out Loud clothing line for Kmart.

Then again, as Selena herself admits in a new interview with W magazine, in some ways she's still very much like a little girl. "My cousin's 18, and her friends are talking about college and fighting with their boyfriends, and I've never experienced any of that stuff, because I guess I'm living a different lifestyle," she confesses. "I've been raised around adults, but I'm still very naive."
