And although Billy Ray was the one who filed divorce papers before withdrawing them back in 2010, this time it was Tish who filed documents to end the marriage in L.A. Superior Court on Thursday, according to People.

But, according to TMZ, the two decided to act in a distinctly un-Hollywood way and play nice. The couple finalized their divorce on Tuesday with generous terms.
