Joan Rivers loves the finer things in life: clothes, jewels, the occasional cosmetic procedure. But what does she really want for her milestone 80th birthday? To be a Kardashian.

At least in jest.

In a new promo spot advertising the conclusion of her weeklong takeover of E! in honor of the big 8-0, Rivers suits up in the style of the reality family, donning a wild printed dress in the clip, along with Kim’s signature long dark hair and – surprise! – a faux baby bump.

"Kanye-Schmanye, sisters, this is Denzel's," she jokes about her phony bundle of joy, alluding to "Flight" star Denzel Washington, "or it could be Morgan Freeman's. We're waiting for the test results."

A new report says the Duchess of Cambridge is looking into hypno-birthing – an experimental practice that aims to reduce anxiety – when she delivers the latest member of the Windsor Dynasty.

"Kate has researched various birthing methods. She wants it to be natural, so hypno-birthing is one option that appealed and she had been reading up on it and listening to CDs to get into the right frame of mind," a source told Italian tabloid Grazie.

The reality matriarch serves as cover girl for the new issue of The Hollywood Reporter, and dishes on everything from pregnant daughter Kim, to plastic surgery, to her discount shopping delight.

"No! The reports that she's had anything done while she's pregnant -- it's so stupid. I just wish people would use their head," Jenner says, slamming rumors that Kim, currently expecting her first child with rapper Kanye West, has had any plastic surgery during her pregnancy.

Jenner also confronts her own dalliances with the knife, which THR estimates at about $250,000 worth of cosmetic procedures.

Though the mom of six denies the tally, she admits "I had my neck done, and it was a great experience."

Jenner and her producers say the chat show, titled "Kris," won't be a reinvention of the wheel, more about "the cult of personality." And the 57-year-old insists she has one.

"I love, love, love to shop at Costco!" she exclaims.

There's no denying that Lady Gaga is the main attraction when she's on stage – but not when it comes to her best friend's wedding.

The 27-year-old pop star jetted to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, last week for the nuptials of former schoolmate and BFF Bo O'Connor, where Gaga was the apparent maid of honor in a bridal party of 6 on Saturday.

In a dusty pink halter gown, the songstress rocked platinum blond hair and simple makeup. An oversized flower in her tresses aside, there wasn't a trace of the larger-than-life outerwear we're used to from the diva.

Taylor Swift is apparently never too busy to forget a friend.

Though the singer is in the midst of her worldwide "Red" tour, she jetted to England to perform with singer Ed Sheeran -- and pay a visit to pal Gwyneth Paltrow's house.

Fresh off the CMAs, Swift flew out for the finale of competition show "Britain's Got Talent" where she and her tour-opener, Sheeran, sang together Saturday on the live finale.

Bright and early the next morning, Swift headed to the London brownstone of Paltrow, 40, and her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, who introduced the two years back.

Swift, 23, was seen leaving in a polka dot dress with a smile. We can't help but wonder what the ladies chatted about.

The Academy Award nominee showed up to L.A.'s Sony Pictures Studios for the taping, joined by his model girlfriend Suki Waterhouse.

Clad in a long leather trench coat and scarf, Suki held hands and cuddled backstage with Cooper as honorees like Jimmy Kimmel and Vin Diesel accepted the show's golden antler trophies.

Cooper, flaunting a short haircut, and Waterhouse mingled with stars such as Amy Adams, his co-star in the upcoming movie "American Hustle," as well as Mark Wahlberg, Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Jamie Foxx, and Jessica Alba.

Upon exit, Cooper was stormed by a bevy of female naval officers that whisked him into a photo booth, but Waterhouse didn't seem to mind. She looked

“In a silly way, I think it’s what people have expected of me most," the actress told Vogue of getting in the footwear game. Thecollection, simply called "SJP," will also include trench coats and handbags.

We certainly trust Parker's vision, though no one is perfect.

The 48-year-old has a fragrance collection and has designed an extremely affordable apparel line called "Bitten" for the now defunct Steve & Barry's.

But that’s not exactly the case with her new venture. SJP’s shoes and accessories have a projected price point of $300 to $700.
