"Glee" may have been renewed for a couple more seasons, but when the musical TV series eventually leaves the airwaves, actress Naya Rivera may want to take the opportunity to get into a new business she seems to have a knack for … real estate.

After purchasing a 3,300-square-foot Beverly Hills home last April for $1.475 million, the 26-year-old renovated it, put it on the market a month ago for $2.1 million, and -- volia! -- has already found a buyer and is now in escrow, according to real estate website Zillow.

Actress Lisa Rinna is one of those celebs who says what she thinks. And on the latest episode of "Sunday Dinner With ...," the 49-year-old shares plenty.

We may never know if the guys who participated in the canceled reality show "Ready For Love" ever found the women of their dreams, but Eva Longoria, the show's executive producer, is making one thing clear: They didn’t find love with her.

Rumors have been swirling that one of the show's bachelors, 34-year-old entrepreneur Ernesto Arguello, has been dating Longoria, 38, thanks in part to a Life & Style story that reported the two were spotted leaving Los Angeles International Airport and driving around L.A. together and even quoted a "source" who said they are indeed dating.

Longoria took to Twitter on Monday to set the record straight …

WHAT?! AGAIN? Sorry guys, still not dating @ernestoarguelloWho are these "sources"??

And the actress's rep told omg! the same thing: “Eva and Ernesto are not dating."

Lauren Conrad just can't keep herself away from reality show ties. The former star of MTV's "Laguna Beach" and "The Hills" just purchased a new Los Angeles home renovated by none other than reality TV show home renovator and designer Jeff Lewis, of Bravo's "Flipping Out" fame.

L.C. paid $3.745 million for the house, according to real estate website Trulia. The news was first reported by TMZ.

The 4,300-square-foot, 2-story, "New England-style: home is located in the posh L.A. enclave of Brentwood, which counts Reese Witherspoon, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Kate Hudson among its other famous residents.

Plenty of people (including a little organization know as the U.S. Department of Justice) may be suing Lance Armstrong, but the disgraced pro cycler doesn’t seem to be all that concerned about preserving his savings account these days, and just dropped $4.34 million to upgrade to a bigger mansion on a larger plot of land in Austin, Texas, this week.
The Austin-Statesman reported that Armstrong bought the new property, on Lake Austin, just a few days after selling the home he owned in Central Austin.

A peek at the listing via Redfin shows the 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath home sits on 3.6 acres and hit the market last September with an asking price of $5 million. The new place is more than 4,000 square feet larger than the home he just sold, though it's unclear how much he got for his former property, which was once featured in Architectural Digest.

"I gained weight for that role because Myrtle, the character I play, is supposed to be heavyset. So I ate lots of protein, and I gained 15 pounds. It mainly manifested itself in my boobs, which was very exciting. Sadly, that's gone now."

In the interview the mom of two also documents the weight gain – and loss – she experienced during her pregnancies with daughters Olive and Elula, now 5 and 2.
