The 24-year-old took living in the lap of luxury a step further this week when she plunked down millions for a 7-bedroom, 9-bath mansion in the L.A. celeb-magnet enclave of Pacific Palisades.

According to Zillow , (though the news was first reported by X17) the home is newly constructed and includes everything the “Rude Boy” singer could want, including a sun deck overlooking the treetops, an outdoor firepit, infinity pool with spa, media room, and the latest in cutting edge technology: a smart-home system that allows homeowners to control air conditioning and heat, fireplaces, security, and the sound system remotely. On Tuesday, the 20-year-old bundled up in a ridiculously large black scarf as she and furry Floyd took a stroll through a park in the City of Brotherly Love, where Miley is currently shooting the flick “Paranoia.”

As any dog parent will tell you, you never know what your canine companion is going to like. You can buy him expensive toys and all he'll play with is his old tennis ball, or take him to the dog park and watch him ignore all the other pooches and just sit at your feet.

Case in point: Jessica Biel recently found that, despite the fact her pit bull Tina has a very comfy place to sleep inside the house, he's been choosing a very uncomfy spot to snooze lately: in a tree planter.

This week, Biel snapped pics of Tina lying in the dirt, her body wrapped around the tree, and her head hanging over the edge of the wooden planter.

When it comes to getting the scoop on kissing Michael Douglas, you might think the person to interview would be Douglas’ wife of 12 years, Catherine Zeta-Jones. But Playboy actually talked to someone else about locking lips with the 68-year-old  actor: Matt Damon.

“Michael was a wonderful kisser,” Damon says in the magazine’s January issue. And the 42-year-old would know. In the upcoming HBO biopic “Behind the Candelabra” he stars as the much-younger boyfriend of the famously flamboyant piano player Liberace (played by Douglas).

And in addition to kissing men, Damon does something else he typically doesn’t do in the film. “Normally I’d say no to nudity, but I just did a lot of it … in ‘Behind the Candelabra’” he says.”  I mean, it’s tastefully done … But this movie’s not going to be for everyone.”

Finally, it seems, her luck may have run out and she might actually be sentenced to some time in the slammer. On Wednesday morning, a Los Angeles judge revoked the 26-year-old’s probation and scheduled a hearing for next month, when the actress could be sentenced to up to 245 days in jail, according to TMZ. Lohan wasn’t present at the Wednesday hearing, where she was arraigned on charges that she was driving recklessly when she crashed a rented Porsche in Santa Monica, California, in June and lied to police, claiming that her assistant had been driving.

The potential eight months in prison would only come into play if the judge decides the “Liz and Dick” star violated her probation, which stems from a misdemeanor grand theft charge after she allegedly stole a necklace from a high-end jewelry store in Venice, California, last year.
