Tom Hanks is selling one of his many homes … and it's definitely not a "Money Pit"! The Oscar winner and his actress wife, Rita Wilson, are asking $5.225 million for the 4-bedroom, 5.5-bath home in the posh L.A. enclave of Pacific Palisades, according to real estate website Zillow.

"My son will be an American, but I remain French," he said during the opening night of the Champs-Elysées Film Festival. The 47-year-old is serving as honorary president of this year's fest.

It will be a first for both the "Unfaithful" star and his Oscar-winner fiancée, who is already mom to 5-year-old daughter Nahla with model ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

Though Berry, 46, has been dating Martinez since 2010, she was caught off guard by the fact she was expecting again.

"This has been the biggest surprise of my life to tell you the truth," she told CNN in April, just a few days after revealing

In other words: They’re pretty famous. But their fame is nearly always linked to each other, beginning when the show that shot them to fame — "Full House" — actually billed the twins as one person, Mary Kate Ashley Olsen, for the first few seasons.

Back in 2011, Jim Carrey listed his swanky oceanfront home in Malibu, California, for $18 million and then sat back and waited for the offers to roll in.

Cut to two years later and the “Bruce Almighty” actor finally sold the place, according to real estate website Zillow, albeit for $4.6 million less than what he was shooting for. Final sale price: $13.4 million.

The curtain is closing on the Las Vegas estate Wayne Newton has called home for the last 45 years.

After years of complicated litigation between the legendary performer and a business partner who also owned the home — which involved everything from bankruptcy reorganization to fraud allegations to conspiracy claims — Newton, 71, has reached an undisclosed settlement with the partner, no longer has an ownership in the estate, and, along with his wife, Kathleen, and their young daughter, has moved out.

Newton and the other party initially entered into the partnership together a few years back with the intention of turning the 40-acre estate, dubbed Casa da Shenandoah, into a tourist attraction with plans for Newton to remain on the property. The opulent gated home includes an airplane hangar, boarding area, equestrian facilities including stables, and a lake, and has been home to dozens of wild and domesticated animals. It remains unclear if the home will actually be turned into the planned attraction.

The A-lister was spotted wearing a familiar-looking dress at fellow actors Lake Bell and Scott Campbell's wedding in New Orleans over the weekend. Aniston also sported the floral-print Prada frock to her Hand and Footprint Ceremony at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood in July of 2011.

If you haven’t heard of Calvin Harris, here are a couple things to know: 1. He's a DJ. 2. He's a successful DJ. So successful, in fact, the 29-year-old just plunked down $7 million for a new mansion in the Hollywood Hills, according to real estate website Zillow.

It features walls of glass that open up to an infinity pool, a multi-tier deck with Zen landscaping, a firepit lounge, and — the listing states — is "the ultimate entertainer’s paradise." You can say that again!

But take a look at the Beverly Hills estate the Take That singer is selling and you'll figure one thing out: The guy is a huge soccer fan.

Williams recently listed his two adjoining Beverly Hills properties for a grand total of $3.27 million, according to real estate website Zillow. And while many of the features seem pretty standard for a celeb home: guest house, pool, 4-car garage, lots of privacy … one definitely isn't: a regulation soccer field outfitted with commercial-grade lighting and covered in netting to keep it debris-free.
