The former "90210" star announced on her website Friday that she is pregnant with her fourth child — just five months after giving birth to daughter Hattie! "Dean, Liam, Stella, Hattie, and I are beyond thrilled to announce that another little McDermott is on the way!" Spelling, 38, wrote, accompanying an adorable photo of her three children's hands on her already-growing belly. "We feel truly blessed that another angel has found us."

Toxicology results released on Thursday determined that Whitney Houston had cocaine in her system when she drowned in the bathtub of her Beverly Hilton hotel room February 11. With just a few short months before they welcome their daughter into the world, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick spent time with their 2-year-old son Mason on Wednesday. "Mason came with us for the first time to see an ultrasound of his baby sister, which was very exciting for all of us!" Kardashian, 32, wrote on her website on Thursday.

What took so long? According to the "Suburgatory" actor, "Little man finally told us his name," he tweeted on Wednesday. Coming up with a name best-suited for their son proved to be very stressful for Sisto and his wife Addie Lane, who are also parents to a 2-year-old girl, Charlie-Ballerina. A week after the baby was born, the actor revealed during an interview on "Live! With Kelly" that he and Lane had to file multiple extensions with the hospital because they couldn't decide on a name. "I'm hoping something magical happens — [something] that makes me think, 'Of course this is supposed to be his name.'" So what does Bastian Kick mean?

That seemed to be the sentiment on Tuesday night at the Latin Music Awards VIP reception when the actress-singer's good pals David and Victoria Beckham partied with Marc Anthony … and his new girlfriend, Shannon De Lima. In fact, the husband and wife were invited to the event by Anthony as his special guests for the evening to cheer him on as he received the ASCAP Founder's Award. Lopez's replacement mimicked the "American Idol" judge's fashion sense with an eye-popping turquoise gown and her wavy, honey-color hair parted down the middle a la J.Lo.

The ever-so-stylish Suri paired her heart-patterned nighties with a purple suede coat and silver flats for a late meal at trendy ABC Kitchen with a very dressed-down Holmes and her maternal grandmother, Kathleen. "Suri dresses herself and she was born that way," daddy Tom Cruise has said of his daughter. "She creates her own outfits. Kate's always doing creative things with her. They draw, create things, and sew. It's beautiful."

Although he initially denied a TMZ report that he was in an in-patient program for substance abuse, "Jersey Shore" star Mike Sorrentino is now coming clean. In a post on his personal website, he writes, "I want to set the record straight. I have voluntarily taken steps to get control of a prescription medication problem I had due to exhaustion. I have spent the past several weeks getting treatment for this problem and recuperating from my work and appearance schedule. I appreciate my fans support and love you guys."

While hosting a benefit for President Barack Obama's reelection campaign in New York City on Monday night, Robert De Niro made a racial joke while introducing First Lady Michelle Obama. "Callista Gingrich. Karen Santorum. Ann Romney," the Oscar-winning actor began in front of an audience that included Beyonce, Whoopi Goldberg, and Harvey Weinstein. "Now do you really think our country is ready for a white first lady?"
