Lindsay Lohan's sixth mug shot was released on Tuesday, not long after she was booked at Santa Monica, California's police headquarters.

The "Liz & Dick" star appears to be wearing very little to no makeup and her hair is pulled back in a low ponytail. She's also donning a pretty unfashionable (for her) black track jacket. She was not held at the station and was allowed to go on her way after posing for the pic.

Before Lindsay Lohan accepted a plea deal on Monday that will send her to “lock down” rehab for 90 days, her legal team and prosecutors spent over two hours in the judge’s chambers hashing out the arrangement that would save her from going on trial … and likely spending time behind bars.

The 26-year-old accepted a plea deal on Monday that will send her to rehab for 90 days, making this Lohan's sixth time in treatment in the past six years.

Judge James Dabney ruled that the "Liz & Dick" actress – who was facing three charges, including lying to police – enter a "lock down" facility, which means she will be working on her sobriety 24/7 and will not be able to leave rehab for any reason.

So what will life be like for Lohan for those 90 days?

Not fun, that's for sure.

The "Liz & Dick" actress struck a no contest deal with prosecutors on Monday to spend 90 days in a lock-down rehab facility, serve 30 days of community labor, and 18 months of psychological counseling for the three charges stemming from her June 2012 car accident. Lock-down rehab means Lohan is not to leave the facility's premises for any reason and must be there 24/7.

Lohan, wearing a cross necklace and a rosary, remained somber as Judge James Dabney went over the terms of the agreement. She wore no makeup, her hair was greasy, and her eyes were puffy, as if she had been crying. Later though, when entering her plea, Lohan did laugh as her lawyers coached her through what to say.

Lindsay Lohan was 48 minutes late to Airport Courthouse on Monday morning, the start of her trial for lying to police, reckless driving, and obstructing an officer.

Dressed in a pink-and-white suit and sunglasses, the actress scurried into the courthouse at 9:18 a.m. (the trial was supposed to start at 8:30 a.m.) and even smirked as photographers called her name … and one bystander even "glitter-bombed" her with gold glitter as she walked past them.

Lohan has not yet been seen in the courtroom. She is reportedly in the judge's chambers with her legal team, perhaps discussing a plea deal. As omg! has reported, she still had a chance to cut a deal with prosecutors before her trial began.

On Monday morning, the actress will be in a Santa Monica, California, courtroom to begin her trial for three charges (lying to police, obstructing a police officer, and reckless driving) stemming from June 2012 car crash along the Pacific Coast Highway.

Although prosecutors have offered her an array of plea bargains, including rehab and house arrest, Lohan has refused them all and instead has chosen to roll the dice with her New York-based lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, whose competency was questioned by the judge the last time he was in court on her behalf March 1.

So what can she expect when she steps into court on Monday morning?
