After taking swipes at the Material Girl on a few occasions over the years, the "Tiny Dancer" singer leveled his most bitter blow at her in an August 5 interview with Australia's Channel 7, during which he gave his thoughts on the 53-year-old's MDNA tour, which has been rife with controversy (Madonna flashing the crowd and using a gun as a prop) and low with ticket sales.

Eleven years after her tragic death, Aaliyah's voice is still alive. A posthumous album featuring demo tracks that never made it on to the self-titled album she released just weeks before she died in an August 2001 plane crash at the age of 22 have been cobbled together and is expected to be released very soon. On Monday, the first single, "Enough Said," which features Drake, was leaked online by its producer Noah "40" Shebib. The song, although somewhat catchy, is not the best example for the memory of the late singer — who had 13 Top 20 hits and sold 27 million albums — but fans will likely still be happy they're getting some new Aaliyah music.

New ink, new album? (littlemonsters.com)Lady Gaga is suffering for her art. On Friday, the "Edge of Glory" singer revealed her 10th tattoo, the word "ARTPOP" on her right forearm, in a photo she posted on her LittleMonsters.com social media site. "New ink new album," she wrote as the caption, leading many to think that will be the name of her upcoming third album, which is set to come out next year. Similarly, Gaga got a unicorn inked on her left thigh in 2010 to commemorate her Born This Way album months before its May 2011 release. On Friday, she also posted what appears to be a lyric from one of her new songs, possibly called "ARTPOP." "We could we could belong together ARTPOP," it said.

Usher and Tameka. (Rick Diamond/WireImage)When Usher's stepson was injured in a Jet Ski accident last month, he and his warring ex-wife Tameka Foster put aside their differences as the 11-year-old fought for his life in a Georgia hospital. But now, just two weeks after young Kile Glover lost his battle, the feud between the two is once again alive and flourishing. A lawyer for Foster filed new documents this week claiming that the "Scream" singer is only pretending to be grieving the loss of Kile so he can get sympathy from the court.

The public has never seen her and Jay-Z's wedding photos, and she went as far as renting out an entire floor when she gave birth to daughter Blue Ivy in January, but she's about to give her fans a backstage pass to her life with a new documentary. According to the L.A. Times, the "Love on Top" singer is prepping a concert film a la Katy Perry's "Part of Me" and Justin Bieber's "Never Say Never," which she will also direct and produce. A source tells the newspaper that it will be a mix of music and confessional interviews and that a 20-minute clip has already been shown to potential distributors.

Jon and his brood. (Splash News)Who knew caring for eight children would cost so much? Just about everyone … but Jon Gosselin. The former reality TV star has revealed in a new interview that since splitting from his ex-wife, Kate Gosselin, and ending their TLC reality series "Jon & Kate Plus 8" a few years back, he's gone broke and can no longer afford to pay both his rent and his child support (the former couple's 11-year-old twins and 8-year-old sextuplets live primarily with Kate). And now he's facing jail time. "I am a single father who's trying to make ends meet during a recession," Jon, 35, tells Star magazine. "What do I do — pay child support or rent? I need to support my kids, but I could lose my house, and I need my home to continue to have custody … I'm doing the best I can, but life is so expensive with eight kids!"

Katy Perry. (Carter Smith)Katy Perry's California Dreams tour was certainly sweet between the music and her costumes. Amongst her stage looks: a dress adorned with spinning Starlight Mints, a silver bra top in the shape of Hershey's Kisses, and a skirt made of cupcakes. But the "Wide Awake" singer says there will be a time when she hangs up her concert confections — just not yet. "I love what I do, and when I don't love what I do, I'll make a change," Perry says in the September issue of Elle. "I can't be the candy queen forever."

Posh comes clean. "I actually used to smile a lot in pictures," the former Spice Girl tells Glamour in its September issue (which she guest-edited). "I think I only stopped smiling when I got into fashion. Fashion stole my smile! I've created this person. And I'm not saying that's not me, but I wouldn't say that's the whole me … It's an armor that goes up."
