On Thursday night, Lady Gaga celebrated the release of her Fame fragrance by getting a tattoo on her newly-shaved head — while lying inside a giant perfume bottle, which was placed in the middle of the party. As fans and friends looked on, the "Born This Way" singer was curled up as a gray-haired man in a white shirt and suspenders inked a Statue of Liberty-esque cherub with wings on the back of her head, which she shaved days earlier as an ode photographer Terry Richardson's mother who recently passed. But not before she downed tequila shots and smoked a bunch of cigarettes to numb the pain and calm her nerves.

Liam. (ToriSpelling.com)Tori Spelling now has an newborn son and a big-boy son. Just a week after welcoming fourth child Finn Davey, her eldest son Liam, 5, started kindergarten. On her blog Wednesday, the former "90210" actress shared an adorable photo of Liam all dressed up in his school uniform, complete with navy blue pants, a jacket (with the school's emblem on the breast pocket), and red plaid tie. "He's super excited because he gets a uniform," Spelling told omg! just two days before she gave birth to her second son on August 30. "It's overwhelming. He recently graduated from pre-school and they had a little ceremony and everything, and that was hard for me."

Stefani covers Marie Claire.Gwen Stefani is getting better with age — of course, we can tell that by just looking at her. But creatively, she's also maturing. In fact, the No Doubt singer tells Marie Claire that her band's upcoming sixth album in 20 years, Push and Shove, is "my favorite record. I mean, your favorite record is always the last one you did, but it really is — it's a really great record."

On Sunday, Wife No. 2 and Wife No. 3 spent the day at the Malibu Country Mart with Sheen and Richards' daughters, Sam, 8, and Lola, 7, and the 3-year-old twin sons he has with Mueller, Bob and Max, as well as the "Wild Things" actress' adopted daughter, Eloise, 1.

After delivering daughter Hattie last October, the former "90210" star never even got the chance to lose any of the baby weight before she conceived again just six weeks later. So now that she's done with having more babies (at least, she says that now), Spelling is eager to regain her body — but not exactly with the help of a plastic surgeon's scalpel.

When MTV announced that the upcoming sixth season of "Jersey Shore" would be its last, the news left many fans disappointed. But there's one person who was relieved: Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi. The new mom tells People in its latest issue — which she and baby Lorenzo Dominic grace the cover of — that the show's end is "bittersweet" because "my life has changed. I have a family now!"
