No, she didn't shave all her hair off … she rode in a car with her 4-month-old daughter Faith sitting on her lap instead of properly securing the baby in a car seat. Spears famously sped down a Los Angeles highway with one hand on the wheel in February 2006 with then 4-month-old Sean Preston in the other arm — which caught the attention of Child Protective Services at the time — and Kayte, 31, did the same on Tuesday (except she was in the back seat) when the family headed home after arriving at LAX, as seen in a video posted on TMZ.

On Monday, the former "Hannah Montana" star and her sister Noah stopped by Spot! Pet Boutique in Los Angeles to pick up some goodies for a new puppy the family recently adopted — but another little cutie caught her eye in the store. Miley, dressed for the holiday season in a red sweater, was seen smothering an adorable brown puppy with kisses and hugs as she perused the shelves of dog clothing.

Gavin Rossdale definitely has some explaining to do. On Sunday, while wife Gwen Stefani was busy performing with No Doubt at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles, the Bush rocker went on a hike with their two sons, Kingston and Zuma … and their nanny, a dead ringer for a 20-years-younger Stefani. That wouldn't be so strange since the blond nanny is always with the family, but it was the way-too-intimate contact between Rossdale and the young woman that has raised a few eyebrows.

Kate Walsh may not be the best cook in Hollywood, but fortunately her friend is. The "Private Practice" star's good pal Tess Rafferty just published a book, Recipes for Disaster, about learning to cook and the dinner parties she has thrown over the years. Since Walsh is admittedly not very comfortable in the kitchen, she turned to Rafferty, who whipped up coq au vin (chicken with wine) — her own take on a Julia Child classic — for the taping of this "Sunday Dinner With…" episode. "I still call my mom to ask her how to cook a chicken," jokes Walsh. Watch as the actress serves up stories about her worst auditions, playing the drums, and what inspired her fragrance, Boyfriend.

The "Jackass" star credits his two rescue dogs, Walter and Bernie, with giving him a new sense of purpose after he decided to go straight edge four years, eight months, and four days ago (as of the time of our interview) — and yes, he's still counting. "It's so good for a guy like me to have a priority that's not myself and have a regimen and discipline and responsibility that's all very healthy," Steve-O, the host of TruTV's "Killer Karaoke," tells omg!.

Their statement, released by the "Amistad" actor's rep, makes it clear that the two never married. Although Simmons, 37, and Hounsou, 48, exchanged vows in West Africa in summer 2008, they never filed for a marriage license in the U.S. because at the time she was still wed to Russell Simmons.
