Aubry on Saturday. (Richard Beetham/Splash News)Gabriel Aubry doesn’t have a model face anymore following the Thanksgiving Day brawl between him and ex Halle Berry’s current fiancé, Olivier Martinez. On Saturday, the 36-year-old stepped out in Los Angeles and he was nearly unrecognizable with his left eye bruised so badly it was swollen shut. But even though his face will heal in time, things are not looking good for Aubry. Berry is expected to head to court early this week to get a restraining order to keep him away from their 4-year-old daughter Nahla, reports TMZ. Immediately after the fight with Martinez last Thursday, a judge granted the actress a temporary restraining order to protect Nahla, Berry, and Martinez from Aubry, but it expires on Tuesday.

On Sunday evening, the singer's Twitter account was deactivated (and then he deleted it all together) after he went on a verbal tirade against comedic writer Jenny Johnson that exceeded 140 characters. Johnson, known for her humorous tweets, re-tweeted a post from Brown where he complained that he looked old and added this snarky comment: "Being a worthless piece of s--t can really age a person." But Brown wasn’t laughing. The 23-year-old responded by unleashing a foul barrage on the woman over a series of tweets … before Twitter stepped in and froze his page.

“Take them teeth out when u S—king my d--k HOE,” Brown tweeted to Johnson, who has nearly 300,000 followers on the social network. After she corrected his spelling of the word “ho” (since his version described the gardening tool), he snapped, “I should fart when ur giving me top” and tagged  #SiezeTheDay, which is the name of his current tour. Berry and Martinez.It’s probably safe to assume that Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and current fiance Olivier Martinez are not thankful for each other this Thanksgiving. The two men had to be hospitalized after they got into an all-out brawl Thursday morning at the Oscar winner’s Los Angeles home, reports  TMZ. According to the site, it all began when Aubry dropped off his 4-year-old daughter with Berry, Nahla, back at her mother’s home. Once inside, Martinez approached the model and said, “We have to move on,” in reference to the battle between Berry and Aubry over Berry moving Nahla to France (a judge recently denied her request) – and that’s when Aubry lost it.

TMZ reports that Aubry, 36, swung at Martinez’s face, but he blocked it and was instead struck on the shoulder. Then Aubry pushed the actor to the ground, and that’s when Martinez punched him in the face. After wrestling on the ground, Martinez, 46, was able to pin Aubry to the ground and made a “citizen’s arrest” for assault.

Lohan. (Splash News)Lindsay Lohan is not having a good week. After receiving scathing reviews for her portrayal of Elizabeth Taylor in Lifetime’s “Liz & Dick,” now it looks like a judge is going to revoke her probation once she is formally charged with lying to police – and that could land the actress back in the jail.

According to TMZ, any moment now the Santa Monica City Attorney is going to file the charge against Lohan, 26, which stems from her car crash in June. As reported, she told police she was not the one behind the wheel when her rented Porsche slammed into the back of an 18-wheeler, but multiple witnesses and even her personal assistant all corroborated the opposite of her story. And when she’s arraigned on the new charges, the L.A. County Superior Court Judge, Jane Godfrey, is expected to immediately revoke Lohan’s probation (from her January 2011 jewelry theft) and schedule a hearing for the latest case.

The duo was spotted riding the subway in New York City. Between caring for her 6-year-old and starring on Broadway in “Dead Accounts” six days a week, the single mom appeared to be exhausted and managed to catch a couple winks in her seat as Suri snacked on an apple. Later, Holmes planted a kiss on her daughter’s cheek as they both flipped through pics on her iPhone.

Once above ground, the two strolled hand in hand – rather, Suri skipped – in the brisk Manhattan air on Holmes’ one day off from work. It was unclear where they were headed, but they both seemed really happy … maybe because they were going on a cupcake run?

(Splash News)Lindsay Lohan was probably so worried about being asked about her run-ins with the law and her wild nights out, that she was caught off-guard by a simple congratulatory comment during her interview on “Good Morning America” on Friday morning. “You allegedly have a new half-sister,” ABC’s Amy Robach told the “Liz & Dick” actress, in reference to 17-year-old Ashley Horn, who determined through a televised paternity test she was conceived during an affair Michael Lohan had while still married to Dina Lohan. Not surprisingly, Lindsay didn’t seem thrilled by the announcement. “I didn’t even hear that, so thanks for the news,” she replied, before trying to change the subject. “I don’t pay attention to any of it. I don’t really want to get into that … I want to stay on the positive side of things.”

It’s hard to believe Lindsay, 26, wasn’t aware of Ashley. She and her mother Kristy Horn have been at odds in the press with Michael for years because he refused to take a paternity test.
