A warrant is out for the arrest of Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr. after he reportedly shoved a female bartender around 2 a.m. this morning in New Orleans when she tried to kick him out of The Old Absinthe House on the famed Bourbon Street. An eyewitness to the alleged assault tells TMZ that the actor, who’s in town to film “The Butler” with Oprah Winfrey, got agitated when fellow bar patrons took his picture and began cursing at them. When the female bartender approached Gooding Jr. and asked him to leave, he “shoved the bartender against the wall.” At that, a co-worker called 911 and the bartender warned the “Jerry Maguire” star that police were coming – to which he pushed her again. Police in New Orleans are under orders to arrest Gooding Jr. on sight. (As of press time, he’s still a free man.)

In an interview on Howard Stern’s Sirius XM show, the brunette opened up about the years-long feud she has had with Garth, despite the fact they were once so close that Thiessen served as a bridesmaid in her wedding to Peter Facinelli and was even in the hospital room when she gave birth to the couple’s first child. "We had a falling out and we grew apart," she explained, although she wouldn’t say what specifically went wrong. "I was the one who was hurt, let's just say that. I was the one who was hurt." Thiessen’s side sounds slightly weird considering an encounter the two women had in 2009 when she reportedly said “hello” to Garth at a party, to which she replied, “'OK? You got me!” before storming off, according to an eyewitness.

Deen and Lohan film a scene in bed on the fourth day of filming. (Facebook)Lindsay Lohan has never seemed shy when it comes to showing off her body – after all she posed nude in Playboy last year. But while filming a sex scene for her upcoming movie “The Canyons” with porn star James Deen, she suddenly got demure. Lohan reportedly demanded the 10-man crew strip down to their skivvies while she filmed the scene in order to make her feel more comfortable going topless in front of them. Although the guys weren’t too thrilled with the idea initially, they did eventually give in to the actress. In a photo posted on Facebook, Lohan and Deen are seen lying in bed ... but covered by a sheet. Says her publicist Steve Honig, “The cast and crew have been working with Lindsay to make the film as compelling as possible.”

On Monday, Sanders, 41, was spotted walking in Los Angeles by himself – but still wearing his wedding band. Over the weekend, his wife, model-actress Liberty Ross, reportedly attended a family party with their two children: daughter Skyla, 7, and son Tennyson, 5. Ross, casually clad in a white long-sleeved shirt, was photographed hugging an unidentified man and laughing as she talked to a woman. (X17 Online has since taken down the photos from its site.) However, Sanders was not seen in any of the pictures. It’s unclear if he and Ross are trying to work things out.

TMZ was the first to report that the plastic surgeon planned to file for legal separation this week. Soon after the news broke, Maloof -- daughter of the billionaire Maloof family, which owns the Palms resort in Las Vegas and the Sacramento Kings NBA basketball team -- confirmed the sad news. "I'm so sorry that this is happening, but my children [Gavin and twins Christian and Colin] are my life, and sometimes we need to do what's best for them," she said in a statement. "It's an unfortunate situation, but I have to have my kids' best interest at heart."

The goalie is releasing a memoir the week after the London games end, and she’s not holding anything back, including the shocking revelation that she was conceived in jail. Solo’s father Jeffrey John Solo was imprisoned for an embezzlement conviction in Walla Walla, Washington, and after a conjugal visit with his wife, baby Hope came along nine months later. But although her father was later released from jail, she says he could not shake his criminal mind.

“One spring, when I was a Brownie, the Girl Scout Cookie money went missing,” Solo, who turns 31 on July 30, writes in Solo: A Memoir of Hope. “Sometimes my father went missing. The actress got into yet another car accident with her Porsche Panamera on Wednesday, just weeks after she crashed the $80,000 rental into an 18-wheeler. According to X17 Online, she had just finished a shopping spree at Chanel in Beverly Hills and was heading back to West Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont, where she often lives, when she rear-ended a rented silver Mustang. Luckily, no one was injured and police were not called to the scene, but Lohan and the driver did exchange insurance information inside of the celeb haunt.
