Sources say that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux may have a tropical destination wedding. (Splash News)For her second walk down the aisle, Jennifer Aniston is taking a much more laid-back approach. While her $1 million wedding to Brad Pitt in 2000 had much fanfare (200 guests, fireworks, and a 40-piece gospel choir!), this time around she’s planning a more intimate affair.

It will be so low-key in fact, the two may just elope! Us Weekly and People both report that the former “Friends” star may forgo a big wedding and run off with Theroux and invite no one. But those close to the couple are betting on a destination wedding, perhaps somewhere tropical since Aniston loves the beach so much, she goes to Mexico and Hawaii a few times a year.

The reality star filed in Florida (she’s located in Miami) claiming the union was “irretrievably broken.” The divorce papers also state that the couple did have a prenuptial agreement.

"It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles,” Lozada told TMZ before her filing. “Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well."

(Splash News)Lindsay Lohan is still acting like a “Mean Girl.” On Tuesday night, the out-of-control actress caused a scene at West Hollywood nightclub Bootsy Bellows when she spotted reality star Francesca Eastwood, daughter of the legendary Clint Eastwood, celebrating her 19th birthday with pals in a private area. “Lindsay came over and started screaming that Francesca should leave," a source tells Us Weekly. "She was yelling 'I'm a star, she's a nobody, get her out of here!' One poor guy came over and tried to calm [Lindsay] down and she acted aggressively. At that point the security told her to leave and it was totally embarrassing.”

But Lohan didn't ruin the birthday girl's night. Eastwood tells E! Online that although she's "not sure what exactly sparked Lindsay's outburst ... I still had an amazing birthday." And in what perhaps was a dig at the actress' stalled career, Eastwood adds, "'Parent Trap' is still my favorite movie."

Jessica and Joe. (WireImage)The same night that Jessica Simpson tweeted that she has substituted water for alcohol now that she’s a mom, her father, Joe, proved he’s not following the same plan. The minister-turned-talent manager was pulled over at 10 p.m. last Saturday in Sherman Oaks, California, and police soon suspected he had been drinking, reports TMZ. Although it’s not yet clear if he submitted to a Breathalyzer test, the 54-year-old was arrested at the scene and brought to jail.

Simpson spent the night behind bars for almost 12 hours before he eventually paid his $5,000 bail. No criminal charges have been filed yet. Since it’s his first offense, it’s not likely that Simpson will have to serve any further jail time.

After reports surfaced earlier this week that “X Files” stars David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson were a couple and even secretly living together in Los Angeles following news on Tuesday that she and her longtime partner had called it quits, it seems fans will not get their wish. “It is not true,” a spokesperson for Duchovny, who split from wife Tea Leoni last year, told Celebuzz, adding that they have been close friends for years.

Anderson, 44, announced that she and her boyfriend of six years, Mark Griffiths, split after a puzzling interview she gave recently to The Sunday Times. When the reporter asked her if she had a “partner at the moment,” the actress responded, “Um … yes … um …” After a long pause, she blurted out, “Say yes.” When the interviewer pressed further and asked if it was Griffiths or someone new, she once again gave a strange response. “Um, no, no. Why do you ask me?” while avoiding eye contact.

(Wireimage)In the two weeks since the Kristen Stewart-Rupert Sanders affair rocked “Twilight” fans – and the couple’s significant others, of course – there have been some minor developments. On Wednesday, it was reported that the 22-year-old actress is planning to skip the August 16 premiere of her new film, “On the Road,” in London because she’s “too ashamed to show her face in public right now.” But also because she doesn’t want to have to endure the awkwardness of posing for pictures on the red carpet with her co-star Tom Sturridge, who is one of Rob Pattinson’s best friends.

“Kristen is very proud of her work for ‘On The Road.’ She grew up reading Kerouac novels and this is a production she always wanted to star in,” a source tells Radar Online. “If she appears at the London premiere, it will detract people from the movie itself and Kristen doesn’t want that at all. She wants her performance and this film to be recognized for what it is – a great adaptation of a classic book.”

On Monday, the reality star tweeted to his 3.4 million followers that he was headed back to college to further his education in law, just like his famous father, who helped get OJ Simpson acquitted of murder in 1995. “Going to Law School very soon and so excited and can’t wait!” wrote Rob, who received an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Southern California in 2009. “School just never ends for me! #UnivesityofSouthernCal #Trojans #FightOn.” But not long after, the school shot down Rob’s big brag, revealing that he not only was not accepted to their program, he never even applied!

After a Kim Kardashian fan tweeted the Gould School of Law a story about Rob studying there, @USCGouldLaw responded back, “News to us.
