Miley Cyrus stepped out in Los Angeles on Wednesday night for the Maxim Hot 100 party and, from a distance, the blond songstress looked fabulous in a black and white Valentino jumpsuit and metallic Saint Laurent platform heels. But upon a closer look – the starlet, who scored the number one spot on the men’s magazine’s annual list of hot women – was looking more like a hot mess!

It appears that the "Can't Be Tamed" singer had a major makeup mishap on the red carpet: Her face was covered with an extra-white facial powder that was prominently placed all around her chin. Is there anything worse than an overly dusted face for a major photo op? Between the stark-white powder and the red lips, she looks more like a clown than the hot Hollywood actress that she is! But Miley isn't the only celeb to fall victim to a makeup artist's heavy hand.

Mother’s Day is supposed to be a lovely way to honor the moms we love, but LeAnn Rimes and Brandi Glanville somehow managed to ruin even that special day! The country star is now a stepmother to Mason and Jake, Brandi’s sons with her ex (and LeAnn’s current hubby) Eddie Cibrian and on Sunday, the singer extended an olive branch by sending the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star a bouquet of flowers.

And while the flowers may have been a kind gesture, it quickly lead to yet another vicious Twitter feud between the two blondes! Brandi wrote on Monday, “I thanked @leannrimes on twitter4my flowers. Our relationship is that we still don’t even say hi at baseball. I don’t have her number – that’s it.” Rimes quickly responded with her own tweet: “This was actually the first acknowledgement of my gesture I was made aware of. I didn't see anything else sent to me. It wasn't for the 'thank you.' It was to just simply say Happy Mother's Day. ” But the war of words didn't end there.

But just 12 years ago, the blond beauty was a small-town girl in Checotah, Oklahoma, dreaming a big dream of fame, fortune, and romance. And it seems that at just 18 years old, Carrie had a clear direction of where her life was heading! The "Blown Away" singer told the mag that she foretold her fate in her high school yearbook.

On Sunday, Virgin Group founder Sir Richard Branson dressed up as a female flight attendant, rocking a bright red pencil skirt and blazer, fishnet stockings, red patent leather flats and a face full of makeup, including false eyelashes and a bold red lip. The female ensemble was the hilarious result of a lost bet to Tony Fernandes, Air-Asia's group chief, over whose Formula One racing team would win the 2010 Abu Dhabi race.

The billionaire made good on the bet, chatting with passengers, making announcements over the intercom, and even serving drinks, all the while in drag for the six-hour flight from Australia to Malaysia. Richard Branson may be a super-unattractive woman, but we have to say, we love a man of his word!

Justin Timberlake has conquered music, film, and TV, so could politics be in his future? According to a new survey conducted by Public Policy Polling, respondents overwhelmingly chose Justin Timberlake as the musician they'd like to see in the Oval Office, with 34% of those polled choosing the 32-year-old crooner as a pick for prez! Well, he has proven that he looks pretty good in a suit and tie!

Also high on the list, Adele (who’s British and can’t even be president!) and Beyonce, who were named as potential White House residents by 19% and 14% of those surveyed, respectively. One thing the divided political parties have in common: Their mutual hatred for Justin Bieber! Of all the artists mentioned in the poll of 571 voters, the Biebs was the only singer who is disliked by Democrats (54%), Republicans (56%) and Independents (56%) alike!

Every year Maxim magazine polls its readers to determine the hottest women in the world for the mag’s annual Hot 100 list. This year, the rankings are stacked with former Disney actresses. In fact, a whopping 40 percent of the list’s top 10 are recent Disney alums, including former "Hannah Montana" starlet, Miley Cyrus, who took the No. 1 spot. The gorgeous 20-year-old accidentally spilled the beans about her top rank via Twitter when she posted the sultry pic from the mag and thanked her fans for their support. She captioned the pic, ““Didn't know this was coming out yet! I'm so happy to be #1 on Maxims HOT 100! #myfanskickass #dreamsdocometrue.”

Not far behind Miley, at No. 2 on the list is “Wizards of Waverly Place” actress-turned-“Spring Breakers” naughty vixen, Selena Gomez. And at No. 7 and No. 9, respectively, are graduates from “High School Musical,” Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens!

It looks like Disney is churning out some serious hotness! We can’t believe these sexy starlets were Mickey Mouse kids just a few years ago!

Holly Madison gave birth two months ago to a beautiful little girl and when it came to naming her bundle of joy, she chose a moniker that she admits her daughter may grow up to hate! When “omg! Insider” correspondent Keltie Colleen caught up with the former Playboy model and her new addition, Rainbow Aurora, the blond beauty admitted that her daughter might not approve of her birth name. “I know she's gonna go through the phase when she’s younger where she hates her name," Holly says, “so she’ll probably go by ‘Rain’ or ‘Bow,’ but I’ll always call her Rainbow.”

So just where did the new mama find the non-traditional name? “Well I grew up in Alaska and Oregon, which is kind of a hippie area and there was a girl in my school younger than me named Rainbow and I was always super jealous of that name,” she explains. “I thought it was so pretty and so original. And I’d forgotten about that name for a long time until I got pregnant and I was like, that’s the perfect name for my little girl.”

It may only be Tuesday, but Chris Brown's having a tough week! The 24-year-old R&B singer was scheduled to attend the Met Gala in New York on Monday, but encountered some serious plane drama that caused him to miss the event. Chris's private jet was forced to make an emergency landing just after takeoff from Burbank, California, when smoke began to fill the plane. The pilot immediately turned back and landed safely on the ground.

But the air scare didn't stop music's bad boy from finally making it to the Big Apple! He hopped on another jet and managed to get there just in time for the afterparty with Vogue entertainment editor Jill Demling in tow.

But that was only the beginning of the Breezy's bad week drama saga! The "Fine China" singer also riled up his neighbors when he covered the front of his Hollywood Hills home with some very large – and very noticeable – brightly colored graffiti. Nearby residents took their complaints over the supposed eyesore to the office of L.A. City Council member Tom Labonge. It was then passed on to the city's Department of Building and Safety, which has also taken notice of the uproar.
