Although it's unclear as to whether or not Zac Efron has indeed split from Vanessa Hudgens for good, the actor kept a cheeky eye on the cheerleaders as he sat courtside at the L.A. Lakers vs. Boston Celtics game at the Staples Center in Los Angeles Sunday night. (In case you're wondering, the Celtics thrashed the Lakers 109-96.)

The star was also spotted hanging out with Aussie "I Am Number Four" actress Teresa Palmer at a press screening of her '80s-themed romantic comedy, "Take Me Home Tonight," on Thursday.

Since Efron wasn't involved with the film, Movieline.com asked the star what he was doing at the screening. "I'm just here for my friends," he said. "And I always have fun at these kinds of events." The magazine reports that Efron and Palmer left the screening's after party together 10 minutes later.

Pete sported his usual rocker wardrobe consisting of black skinny jeans and a hoodie paired with purple kicks, while his blond-haired cutie rocked a striped hoodie, green T-shirt, and tight denim just like his dad!
