Stop the presses! Kim Kardashian has added a new bullet point to her extensive resume of mediocre skills -- singer. On Wednesday, the star of "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" debuted her new single, "Jam (Turn It Up)," on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM show, and the response has been overwhelmingly ... underwhelming.

With more gratuitous use of auto tune than Internet star Antoine Dodson's "Bed Intruder," Kim's new single, produced by The-Dream, is generic to say the least. Maybe anticipating the backlash, Kim was quick to downplay her talents during her appearance on KIIS FM.

"I think it's only normal for me to be nervous," she said to Seacrest, adding, "I'm only human. I've never sang [sic] before. This was definitely something that I don't do, so for me to step outside of my comfort zone to do this is like a really big deal."

The mother/daughter duo was on their way to a class at Fit for Kids in West Hollywood, California.

Though it seems like just yesterday that Gayheart and her "Grey's Anatomy" hubby Eric Dane brought Billie home from the hospital, the little cutie will celebrate her first birthday on Thursday, March 3! Happy Birthday Billie!

If she's lucky, Billie might be getting a sibling some time soon. In a recent appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," Eric Dane revealed that he and Rebecca are ready to start trying for more kids. "You look at a baby like that, and you say, 'She smiles waking up.' It makes you want to have more. We're going to have another one hopefully. We're working on it."

After stocking up on toys (perhaps for Nahla's birthday?), the pair headed off to visit the My Gym Children's Fitness Centre in West Hollywood. I'm guessing they took part in the gym's "Terrific Tots" class, where kids get to play games and practice their gymnastic skills. Fun!

Although she made quite a few headlines last month thanks to her ugly custody battle with Nahla's daddy, Gabriel Aubry, life looks to be returning to normal for Berry. Despite all the drama created by her ex-husband Charlie Sheen over the past few weeks, Denise Richards is determined to keep life as normal as possible for the former couple's two daughters, Sam, 6, and Lola, 5.

On Sunday, Richards was spotted taking her girls out for a frozen yogurt treat at Menchie's in Calabasas, California, before heading over to the local Barnes & Noble book store to pick up some new reading materials. "Great afternoon with my girls... Frozen yogurt and did a little book shopping for them," tweeted Denise after their weekend expedition.

During a recent appearance on "The View," Denise opened up about her ex, who has made headlines on a daily basis lately for his unfiltered comments about his "Two and a Half Men" boss Chuck Lorre, Alcoholics Anonymous, and his hard partying ways. "This is Charlie's lifestyle. He makes no bones about it. And it is what it is," said Denise, adding, "This has been something I have dealt with for years. This is not a new situation.

Instead, she was in Hawaii filming scenes for her hit show on Oahu's North Shore, and spending some quality time with her daughter Coco.

For their mother/daughter date night, 6-year-old Coco wore a leopard-print frock paired with brown suede boots, and the little cutie looked like she'd been playing with her mom's makeup, as both mother and daughter were sporting the same shade of lipstick!

Coco's dad, David Arquette, recently made his first post-rehab appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show," where he told Opes that he still held out hope for a reunion with his estranged wife, but that ultimately, the decision was all Courteney's.

"I want her to be happy," he said. "If me being the best person I can be doesn't make her happy in a partner, in who she needs, whatever she's looking for, that's still to be answered."

At Thursday's Essence Black Women in Hollywood luncheon, Jennifer Hudson showed off her amazingly svelte figure in a curve-hugging violet Roland Mouret dress paired with Jimmy Choo suede pumps, but her best accessory was her 18-month-old son, David Daniel Otunga Jr.

Jennifer's little cutie stole the show as he rocked the red carpet in a pin-stripe vest and pale purple shirt -- which perfectly color-coordinated with his mom's outfit! Hudson joked with "Entertainment Tonight" that her son was a natural in the spotlight. "He loves it. He's my date tonight!"

In front of a crowd that included Kimora Lee Simmons, Serena Williams, Vanessa Williams, Gabrielle Union, and Kerry Washington, Hudson was honored along with fellow performers Loretta Devine, Angela Bassett, and Viola Davis. The event traditionally singles out women whose work has inspired positive images of black women around the world.

Wednesday was grocery shopping day for Joel Madden and his adorable 3-year-old daughter Harlow. The rocker and his curly-haired cutie were spotted picking up some essential supplies for the family at a Whole Foods store in Beverly Hills, California.

I'm betting there was a lot of nutritious, healthy stuff in those grocery bags, too. During a recent appearance on "The Talk," Harlow's mommy Nicole Richie revealed that she is pretty strict with her kids' diet -- "Sugar is obviously a big no-no. No, no, no, definitely no Kool-Aid. There's no juice, and my kids don't have dairy either," said Richie, who also has a 17-month-old son named Sparrow with Madden.

Though Richie may be a stickler for the rules, her new husband does get to play fun dad on occasion. "Joel is not on the same page as me so I can sit here and say, 'Oh, I wouldn't do this, I wouldn't do that,' and I wouldn't. But Joel does take Harlow out and she comes back and says, 'We had pizza!' And I'm like, 'Okay, okay.'"

The "Scream 4" star revealed that his troubles started very early in life -- turns out he had his first taste of beer when he was just 4 years old. "I was down in the basement with my dad and the beer was there and I just grabbed it and drank it, I remember that," Arquette told Oprah. "It's one of my earliest memories. I seriously started drinking probably when I was about 12. I stole pot from my father when I was eight years old."

After indulging in some wild behavior after his split from Cox last October, the 39-year-old entered rehab at the beginning of January for alcohol addiction.
