Just one month after announcing a special deal with Target to promote an exclusive deluxe edition of her new album, Lady Gaga has pulled the plug on it. The singer called off the partnership due to her disagreement with Target's politics -- it seems the retail giant donates significant amounts of money to anti-gay political candidates.

In a February, 2011 interview with Billboard.com, Gaga initially expressed her reservations over doing a deal with Target due to their political stance, but instead of just turning it down, the "Bad Romance" singer saw it as an opportunity to push her own agenda of empowerment for all.

"Part of my deal with Target is that they have to start affiliating themselves with LGBT charity groups and begin to reform and make amends for the mistakes they've made in the past," Gaga told Billboard, adding, "Our relationship is hinged upon their reform in the company to support the gay community and to redeem the mistakes they've made supporting those groups."

Step aside Justin Bieber ... Willow Smith is taking the UK by storm! The 10-year-old pop princess is the "Baby" singer's opening act on his European tour, and though JBiebs is still the star of the show, Willow has definitely been stealing quite a bit of his thunder!

While leaving the Merrion Hotel in Dublin, Ireland, on Tuesday, Willow was mobbed by young fans on her way to the O2 Arena where she and Justin were set to perform. Following closely behind were her big brother Jaden and her dad, Will Smith. "Ready to ROCK Dublin!!!" tweeted Willow excitedly before she stepped on stage.

It sounds like the Smith kids and Bieber have been having a lot of fun on tour. On Monday, Justin, 17, declared that his little buddy Jaden should join Twitter, posting "Jaden needs twitter." Just a short time later, "The Karate Kid" star's twitter account was up and running, with Jaden posting his first tweet: "Chillin with my bro @justinbieber."

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have often been criticized for allowing their 4-year-old daughter Suri to wear fashion accessories deemed too old for her, such as high heels and makeup. Now, the precocious princess has been spotted sucking on a pacifier. Is Suri -- who will turn 5 in April -- too old for the childish "binky"?

Suri was spotted with the pacifier firmly planted in her mouth as she exited Vera's Burgers in Vancouver, Canada, after grabbing a bite to eat with her mom Katie. According to PopEater.com, it could be a Scientology belief that's allowing Suri to keep sucking. "Suri just isn't told 'no' very often," an insider told PopEater.com, adding, "Scientology encourages you to make your own decisions and learn lessons as you live your life. She'll know herself when it's time to throw the pacifier away, plain and simple."

Who ever would have thought we'd have Liv Tyler and Kanye West in a fashion battle like this one?! The two unlikely suspects were both spotted wearing a Givenchy Rottweiler sweater while attending the fashion house's fall 2011 womenswear show in Paris on Monday. Question is ... who wore it best?

First off, the Givenchy fall 2011 menswear sweater is questionable at best. Just because it's designer doesn't mean it's good! The top has a bit of an Ed Hardy vibe, which I'm sure makes it very appealing to Jon Gosselin or certain members of the "Jersey Shore" crew.

Whatever the case, Liv transformed her sweater into a super-short sweater dress by adding black tights and heels. The "Incredible Hulk" actress finished off her look by slinging on a beautifully-cut Givenchy Resort 2011 blazer.

Kanye chose to accessorize his top with leather pants, a black jacket, Ann Demeulemeester high-top sneakers, dark shades, and some serious 'tude.

The beautiful outfits on the runway aren't the only attraction at Paris Fashion Week. Nicole Richie, Kanye West, and Blake Lively are just a few of the celebs who have been spotted in the City of Light to view the fall/winter collections, and whether they're sitting front row, or attending glamorous parties, the stars are every bit as fashionable as the models striding the catwalks.

Although there are still a few days left of Paris Fashion Week, it's already made plenty of headlines. As well as praise for the beautiful collections presented by fashion houses including Givenchy and Gaultier, the fashion community has also been feeling the effects of John Galliano's dismissal from his position as creative director of Christian Dior after his drunken anti-Semitic rants were captured on YouTube. But, as they say, the show must go on -- and it did, though the Dior show was sorely lacking the star-studded front row it usually attracts.

Nicole Richie and Kanye West were both spotted

Following the mega success of her debut smash hit, "Whip Your Hair," 10-year-old Willow Smith has released the new video for her latest single, "21st Century Girl." Though the new song might not have quite the same addictive vibe as "Whip," it's a solid sophomore effort.

In the video, the miniature diva transforms a barren desert into a 21st century landscape, complete with skyscrapers and parking meters, and shows off some funky dance moves that Britney would be jealous of.

The newly-minted pop star is pretty much leaving her big brother Jaden in her dust these days. On Friday night, Willow won the NAACP Image Award for Outstanding New Artist (beating Nicky Minaj and Bruno Mars, among others), and is currently opening for Justin Bieber on the international leg of his tour. "I am going to Dublin, to ROCK THE BEAT!!!! Are you ready for the rockin' show!!??" Willow tweeted last night.

Ladies and gents, we've got two very glamorous ladies -- Jennifer Hudson and Salma Hayek -- who both decided to wear the same embellished black-and-gold Alexander McQueen top. Question is ... who wore it better?

Last month, Jennifer Hudson showed off her fab new body in the flattering Alexander McQueen top while backstage at the 53rd annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. JHud paired her shirt with black leggings, funky peep-toes, and glossy blunt bangs.
