  • Beyonce Hits the High Notes

Beyonce generates serious heat at the launch of her debut perfume. - Kevin Mazur/Getty ImagesFresh from her record-breaking win at Sunday night's Grammy Awards, Beyonce Knowles was hot, hot, hot at the launch party for her debut fragrance in New York on Tuesday night. Smoldering in a red ruffled Marc Bouwer number, accessorized with ruby hoop earrings and satin peep-toe platforms, the singer was the center of attention, as well she should be!

To celebrate the sweet smell of success, Beyonce had the support of fellow R&B artist Usher and former bandmate Michelle Williams -- who was sporting a Rihanna-like 'do -- on her big night. Keeping it all in the family, little sister Solange played DJ at the event.

As with every new project she takes on, Beyonce took her scent responsibilities very seriously. "I'm so happy with it," the singer tells WWD. "I've been working on it for a while now. I was on tour for a year, and I have meet-and-greets with fans. I've never in my life gotten so many compliments."

"Coty has their own testing, but that was my testing!" said the singer, adding,

Emma Roberts was spotted cozying up to her "Twelve" co-star, Chace Crawford, at their film's premiere inSundance, but the 18-year-old actress was getting more attention for her hairhue than her choice of companion. Though she's been blonde for a few monthsnow, Roberts is still getting used to the attention her honey-colored tressesare garnering.

"I had a really good time being brunette, but beingblonde ... I've had an equally good time. Guys check me out more, which isweird," she told Us Weekly. "When I had brown hair, girls would tellme I was pretty all the time, and then with blond hair, guys tell me I'm prettya lot. So I really don't know what that means." Really, Emma? Don't playcoy with us. You know exactly what that means! They even made a movie about it-- "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes."

Julia's niece said that her current lighter locks werefor her role in the upcoming film "It's Kind of a Funny Story," adrama co-starring Zach Galifianakis that's out November 2010. "I wanted

  • Miley’s Dog Day Afternoon

Noah and Miley Cyrus step out with their puppy Mate. - X17online.comMiley Cyrus was spotted out in Hollywood with her cute new puppy Mate (named after her Aussie boyfriend Liam Hemsworth) and her sister Noah on Saturday. Sporting eensy-weensy leather shorts, the pop star was setting a great example for Noah, who seems to be taking after her big sister when it comes to her taste in fashion.

It's been reported that 10-year-old Noah and her BFF, Disney starlet Emily Grace Reaves, are launching a kids' fashion line with Ooh! La, La! Couture called "The Emily Grace Collection." Judging from the age-inappropriate tutus, tank tops, and lace leggings, all in very garish colors and designs, someone (we're talking about you, Billy Ray) needs to step in to stop these little ladies from becoming the next Lindsay Lohan!

Meanwhile, Miley has some troubles of her own. The pop poppet was nominated for her very first Razzie award on Monday -- Worst Actress for "Hannah Montana: The Movie." Last year on the Oscars red carpet, the precocious 17-year-old, who was there to

  • Victoria Beckham: ‘I’m No Gisele’

Victoria Beckham lights up the March cover of Glamour magazine. - Ellen von Unwerth/GlamourFor years, we've heard rumors of a softer side of Posh, but could Victoria Beckham really be just like the rest of us? Well, maybe if you have a gorgeous soccer star husband, three beautiful kids, a designer wardrobe we regular folk can only dream about, and your very own fashion line. It's hard to believe, but Posh does actually sound pretty down to earth in her cover interview for the March issue of Glamour magazine.

More than just a designer and a fashion icon, the former Spice Girl, 35, is a wife and mom, juggling a career in fashion with that of a domestic diva. Currently living in Los Angeles with her hubby, David, and sons Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 7, and Cruz, 5, Posh made headlines recently for stepping out without her signature sky-high stilettos. Who knows if her flat footwear is a fashion choice or doctor advised, but it's good to know the woman is human, and her feet ache in heels just like the rest of us.

"Absolutely they hurt," Beckham acknowledges. "Absolutely! I'm not

Amber Rose, Kanye West, Ciara and Pierre Yves Roussel attend the Givenchy Haute Couture fashion show. - Eric Ryan/Getty Images

The Haute Couture collections never fail to impress, and this year's Paris 2010 shows were no exception. The incredibly detailed one-off outfits are the pinnacle of the fashion world -- impractical for the most part maybe, but created with the purpose of providing inspiration, setting key trends for the season, and boosting the profiles of the high fashion houses they come from. Dior, Givenchy, Gaultier, Chanel, Armani, Valentino -- these names are fashion.

The celebrity guests are just as stellar as the outfits. This season saw fashionistas ranging from Kanye West and Ciara, to Tina Turner and Dita Von Teese, in the front row. "I like clothes that make me feel good, that I can mix," Turner told Reuters at the Giorgio Armani Prive show.

And like the outfits, even the celebs aren't above criticism -- Ciara and Von Teese were booed by the photographers when they were half an hour late to one of the shows. Trust me, it pays not to be tardy for the couture party.

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz enjoys some Pieces Candies at the Hershey's Times Square store in New York City. - Janet Mayer/Splash NewsAn Exclusive omg! Chat with Ashlee Simpson-Wentz

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz took a quick break from belting out "Chicago" show tunes Wednesday morning, swapping the Broadway stage for Times Square, where she introduced Hershey's Pieces Candies to the public. omg! caught up with the sweet-toothed star for a chat about babies, hubby Pete Wentz, Auntie Jessica's babysitting skills, and her plans for the future.

Singer. Actress. Wife. Mother. Broadway star. In the past few years, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz has taken on almost as many new roles as she has hair colors. Some have been successful, some not so much -- her unceremonious dismissal from "Melrose Place" last October was a blow, but the tenacious star bounced back fast, landing the starring role of Roxie Hart in the Broadway musical "Chicago" -- the same part she played on London's West End in 2006.

Ashlee, Pete and Bronx head out for a stroll in Manhattan. - Splash News The currently brunette performer confesses that of all her many roles, her favorite is playing mom to 14-month-old Bronx Mowgli Wentz. "He's

  • Angie’s Tribute to her Mom

To mark the third anniversary of their mother Marcheline Bertrand's death, Angelina Jolie and her brother, James Haven, posted a sweet tribute video to their mom on YouTube. After a long battle with ovarian cancer, Bertrand died on January 27, 2007.

With Israel Kamakawiwo'ole's version of "Over the Rainbow" playing in the background, the video shows Angie at around the age of six, playing with her mom and brother on a Hawaiian holiday in 1981. A happy Marcheline is seen teaching her daughter how to hula dance, and dancing around an apartment in Oahu.

It is incredible how much Angelina looks like her beautiful mother, and it's obvious that the two loved each other very much. Angelina even named her 18-month-old daughter, Vivienne Marcheline, in memory of her mom. The video ends with this message: "We Miss You Mom ... With Love, Angelina and James."

From such a notoriously private person as Jolie, it's nice to get a tiny peek into her personal world.

Bill Kaulitz, the lead singer of German band Tokio Hotel, takes to the Milan catwalk, flanked by Dsquared2's twin brothers Dean and Dan Caten. - INFevents.comStand back ladies, it's that time again -- man time. Twice a year, we can unashamedly ogle the beautiful male models striding down the catwalks of Paris and Milan, owning the looks they present -- whether they be over-the-top feathers and studs, or manly winter coats and boots. The fall collections might not show nearly as much skin as the spring shows (confession: the men's swimsuit runways are a must-see) but the cold weather gear definitely has its moments.

One of those memorable moments was on the final day of Milan Men's Fashion Week, when Dsquared2 went all out, presenting one of their most eclectic collections yet with the theme "The Hockey Horror Dsquared Show." The twin Caten brothers opened with Bill Kaulitz, the lead singer of German band Tokio Hotel, in an ensemble Adam Lambert would kill for. (You can see Kaulitz in action in the video below.) Women's Wear Daily reported that Dsquared is custom-making some outfits for Kaulitz for an upcoming tour. Glambert, eat your heart

  • Fashion Faceoff: Lindsay Lohan vs. Kim K

So it's time for another "who wore it better" battle! This time the candidates are, drum roll please ... occasional actress (and full-time hot mess) Lindsay Lohan, and reality darling Kim Kardashian.

Let's get ready to rumble! In the left corner, we have tanzilla repeat-offender, Ms. Lindsay Lohan. Looking surprisingly healthy, the embattled actress showed up at the Beverly Hilton Hotel with a smile and a sparkly hooded Brian Lichtenberg mini-dress for the InStyle and Warner Bros. Golden Globes after party. La Lohan accessorized with Fendi heels and Jason of Beverly Hills jewels.

In the right corner, we have "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star Kim Kardashian. Donning the same figure-hugging mini for her birthday party at TAO nightclub in Vegas last October, Kim kept it simple with upswept hair and black booties. It was her birthday, her night to shine, and she looked hot.

Just as an FYI for you all, after a bit of intensive journalistic research, I discovered that this little

  • GQ’s 25 Most Stylish Men in The World

Johnny Depp, the most stylish man in the world, according to GQ. - Patrick Demarchelier/GQThe February issue of GQ is devoted to the 25 Most Stylish Men in the World. Johnny Depp, named most stylish, graces the magazine's cover wearing no clothes at all -- proving that even with just a few bits of man-jewelry, he can still beat the competition hands down. This is the kind of picture I wish had been on People magazine's "Sexiest Man Alive" cover back in November 2009, when they published possibly one of the least sexiest pics of Depp I've ever seen -- finally disproving the myth that the man can't take a bad photo.

GQ calls Depp "a unicorn -- a really glamorous, one-of-a-kind eccentric." Voting him the "Icon of Eccentric Cool" the magazine notes, "He's always going to look super-groovy and unconventional."

GQ's 50 Most Stylish Men of the Past 50 Years

The regular crew of style icons also made the list, including Robert Pattinson (for Best Hair on the Planet), David Beckham, NFL quarterback (and husband of Gisele Bundchen) Tom Brady, and Brad Pitt. Ryan Gosling was voted
