OK, OK, so we know both Blake Lively and Ashley Greene donned the Antonio Berardi frock in different colors, but no matter if it's black or white, it's still essentially the same gown that our ladies wore. So for the purposes of our good ol' fashion battle, it's game on!

Way back in May, Ashley Greene rocked a cream version of the lingerie-esque Berardi dress at the 12th Annual Young Hollywood Awards. The "Twilight" starlet accessorized with peep-toe heels that matched the black lace detail on her gown, chunky hoop earrings, and a loose updo.

Just last week, Blake Lively modeled a black version of the same form-fitting gown to the premiere of her new film "The Town" in Boston. Mixing things up, the "Gossip Girl" blonde sported nude Elizabeth & James platform pumps, drop earrings, and a chunky cocktail ring. A sleek hairstyle completed her look.

Back in June, Cavallari hit the red carpet sporting the distinctive frock at the 2010 NewNowNext Awards at the Edison in Los Angeles. Sporting a zippered denim mini dress of her own design, Jessica Simpson was positively glowing with happiness at the launch of her "Show Me Your Blues" denim collection in New York City Tuesday. I'm thinking her good mood was inspired as much by her attentive new boyfriend, former NFL player Eric Johnston, as for the positive reviews her fashion line garnered at the event!

Bella, 17, and Connor, 15, (Tom's two adopted children with ex-wife Nicole Kidman) looked on with big smiles as Suri mastered the play equipment with a little help from her action star dad. Bella was also spotted carrying a few I Can Read books for the precocious 4-year-old to check out during the family's downtime.

For the most part though, it looked like Suri just wanted to play! Clad in a color-coordinated pink skirt with purple top and ballet flats, Suri spent the afternoon on the jungle gym, having a great time playing "chase," and being thrown into the air by her 48-year-old father.
