Dressed to the nines in haute couture for Marie Claire's photo shoot in London, Beckham jokes that this is her idea of casual attire. The "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" actor, who is battling stage 4 throat cancer, donned a quilted coat while his youngest, who looks sooo much like her mom Catherine Zeta-Jones, sported a pink-lined ski jacket and jeans. The school run has become part of Douglas' regular schedule as he undergoes treatment in New York, and it's clear that the former workaholic is putting his family first as he battles the insidious disease.

The actor was honored Sunday night with the Golden Icon Award at the Zurich Film Festival in Switzerland, but couldn't attend due to his illness, so Douglas' old friend Danny DeVito accepted the award on his "Romancing the Stone" co-star's behalf. Speaking to the audience, DeVito said: "Michael is so strong. He gets better and better with every movie he makes. So that's why I tell him to work more."

Keeping busy with her kids and a new album -- for which she has reportedly already completed three tracks -- the "Toxic" singer seems to be well on the road to successfully getting her life back in order. Spears appeared in court last week, where she met with Judge Reva Goetz to discuss her ongoing conservatorship. The two had a confidential chat behind closed doors before the judge announced in open court that they "had a very nice conversation."

Baby Lou snacked on a yummy-looking ice cream cone while her "Project Runway" mom -- who was dressed down in pale denim shorts, a simple white T-shirt, and a smart, flower-print blazer -- pushed her along. Heidi's eldest daughter Leni sported a coordinated outfit consisting of a pink balloon, pink skirt, and a pink tee with the phrase "Daddy's Girl" on it in tribute to her adoptive dad, Seal. So cute!

As part of the Paris Fashion Week celebrations, French Vogue celebrated its 90th anniversary Thursday night with a masked ball at the Hotel Pozzo di Borgo in Paris. The theme of the exclusive affair was inspired by the 1999 Stanley Kubrick film "Eyes Wide Shut" -- the one where Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman wore sexy masks and got naked -- and reflected the cover of the Parisian 90th anniversary issue starring UK model Lara Stone in a Philip Treacy lace mask.

While some guests like Dita Von Teese and designer Marc Jacobs opted for boring black Zoro-esque masks, a few stars really got into the theme, including supermodel Gisele Bundchen and "America's Next Top Model" host Tyra Banks. 

Gisele was on trend in a gravity-defying half-face lace mask, and seemed to be having a great time partying with her model mates on her own without her hubby Tom Brady.

Mrs. Khloe Kardashian Odom was first spotted wearing the form-fitting frock on September 21 at the AXE Music "One Night Only" Concert Series in Hollywood. The 5'10" reality star accessorized with classic bumps, a slim clutch, and long, loose locks.

Just three days later, her big sister Kim -- who's all of 5'2" -- wore a matching bandage mini with a subtly different color scheme. Kim paired her dress with leopard-print peep-toe heels and a black clutch.
