Stephen Lovekin/Getty ImagesThe unsolved mystery surrounding the 1981 death of Natalie Wood is coming back to haunt Christopher Walken. The Hollywood Reporter says the actor has hired a lawyer following the reopening of an investigation into what happened the night Wood went missing from a boat off the coast of Catalina Island; she'd been partying aboard the "Splendour" with Walken, her co-star in the movie "Brainstorm," and Robert Wagner, her husband. The "West Side Story" star's lifeless body was later found floating a mile away in the ocean.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Walken's attorney, Mathew Rosengart, will advise him on the case; meanwhile, Walken is expected to cooperate fully with authorities. Wagner is reportedly not a suspect, although Wood's sister and the boat captain hold the 81-year-old actor responsible. The death was initially ruled an accidental drowning.

Steve Granitz/WireImageDr. Drew Pinsky says he's not surprised by the marital demise of Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher.

"That was doomed from the beginning, I'm afraid," Pinsky told The Famous in an interview Friday afternoon. "And it's sad. But then they tried to make it work. I believe they really gave it a good try but this was so deeply flawed. The setup was so not going to work that it eventually came around and go 'em."

Men's HealthSo Ashton Kutcher is on the cover of Men's Heath, looking kind of guilty (yes, we're probably reading too much into it). In an interview with the abs-obsessed magazine's sister title, Women's Health, Kutcher gives an intriguing fill-in-the-blank response to the phrase "I could never be with a woman who ... ":

Wow, that's tough. I could never be with a woman who felt like she needed to change me. ... I would just like a woman someday, somewhere, at some point in my life to say to me, "You're a great listener." Haven't heard it yet, and that's a superior compliment to get from a woman. But I'm going to work on it.

Active listening = something Kutcher needs to work on.

Madame Tussauds in New York has it finger on the pulse of Biebermania-slash-America because the purveyor of mildly unsettling -- and surprisingly human-looking -- wax statues of famous people made the shrewd decision to capitalize on the combined Bieber-Gomez star power, thereby baiting the hearts -- and wallets -- of tween tourists. (Bizarro Bieber's faraway expression suggests he has other things on his mind besides Gomez, however.)

I could not have imagined I'd be getting all these emails about Kim Kardashian. I HAVE SEEN THEM!! YOU HAVE BEEN HEARD!! …LOL. Now, may I say something? Can a brother get a word in?….LOL. Y'all gave me a new movie title, Tyler Perry's "Diary of a Mad Black Woman Cause You Hired Kim Kardashian, Don't Make Me Take Off My Earrings and Boycott Yo A**."…LOL.  Some of my ladies are upset.

The actress -- totally recognizable despite sporting a black hooded jacket and sunglasses -- carried a homemade sign to protest college students' financial troubles, reports E! News, which posted the Twitpic from starstruck fellow protester Elana Levin.

Once the divorce goes through she'll no longer be Mrs. Ashton Kutcher, and that spells the end of a huge part of her identity: Sexy Older Woman Married To Hot Younger Man. Which begs the question: what's next for Moore?

The 49-year-old actress is certainly keeping busy with film projects. She has an indie movie, "Another Happy Day," opening today. The drama centers on a dysfunctional family reuniting for a wedding, and Moore plays the belligerent second wife of Thomas Haden Church's character. (Watch out for her violent fight scene with Ellen Barkin, who portrays his first wife.)

"It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton. As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life."

Loose translation: "Ashton cheated on me, and I reserve first dibs on filing for divorce and announcing to the world that I dumped his shady (bleep)."
