Kelly Osbourne is defending Miley Cyrus' reputation as new footage of the former "Hannah Montana" star possibly declaring herself a pothead spreads throughout the interwebs. Osbourne, who presented Cyrus with a Bob Marley cake for her 19th birthday last week, vented on Twitter:

The outspoken "Fashion Police" co-host, who recently called enemy Christina Aguilera "fat" in a rare moment of mean girl behavior), was caught on video -- obtained by The Daily -- gifting Cyrus with the Marley confection. Cyrus said, seemingly half-joking: "You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake — you know you smoke way too much (bleeping) weed."

• The Daily posted footage of Kelly Osbourne presenting Miley Cyrus a cake with Bob Marley's face on it for her 19th birthday, prompting Cyrus to crack: "You know you're a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake -- you know you smoke way too much (bleeping) weed."
• Lily Allen welcomed her first child, a baby girl, with husband Sam Cooper. Cue the "Mini Cooper" jokes.
• Brad and Angelina avoided an awkward run-in with Jen and Justin at the movies.

Is it just us -- or has Justin Bieber been totally Zen throughout this paternity dispute scandal? Even David Letterman's riled up. The talk-show host talks smack with squeaky-clean singer on Wednesday's "Late Night," saying of alleged baby mama Mariah Yeater: "I could smell a weasel." Bieber agrees, responding, "I could smell a weasel, too."  Check it:

Bieber, 17, took a DNA test last Friday to prove once and for all that he did not father 20-year-old Yeater's baby son. "They just swab your mouth," he tells Letterman, who confessed he was "so angry" over the salacious claims. "It's pretty crazy," Bieber says. "People make up false allegations. ... It's gonna happen, you know, being in the spotlight."

If Bieber is exonerated as baby daddy, then he reportedly plans to sue Yeater for being a liar liar pants on fire.

According to OK! magazine (via Hollybaby), Simpson's doctors, friends and family are warning the fashion mogul to lay off her Kryptonite -- junk food -- lest she put the baby's health in danger.

"Everything she eats is highly processed with chemicals and preservatives, white flour and sugar," a concerned "insider" tells the magazine. "Her mom and sister Ashlee tell her that all those chemicals are bad for the baby, but she won't listen. Jessica has always loved to eat; almost to the point of addiction. Jessica's drug of choice is food and has been since she was a little kid."

Jun Sato/WireImageSo "60 Minutes" interviewed Angelina Jolie for a segment to air this Sunday, and the teaser clip shows the globe-trotting actress addressing her not-too-distant scandalous past.

"I went through heavier, darker times and I survived them," Jolie explains. "I didn't die young. So I am very lucky. There are other artists and people that didn't survive certain things ... people can imagine that I did the most dangerous, and I did the worst ... for many reasons, I shouldn't be here."

Us Weekly is reporting on its latest cover that the NBA player (unemployed due to the lockout) was the "HUSBAND FROM HELL" whose verbal abuse was too much for Kardashian to bear. According to the magazine's sources (aka Kamp Kardashian), "He belittled her in front of people. He'd call her stupid. It was truly sickening." He also called her a "fat ass" and when she complained about his late nights partying, he'd say "she was acting like too much of a wife and 'get over it.'"

This is also the guy who sniped on camera: "Four years ago, you sold clothes in the Valley."

BuzzfeedJake Gyllenhaal rides the subway, just like us! Or any other bearded hipster mountain man from Brooklyn, for that matter. Buzzfeed posted this photo of the actor reading a script or something on the train whilst some dude -- unaware of the celebrity in his midst! -- sleeps soundly.

Around this time last year, Gyllenhaal was dating Taylor Swift and sweeping her off her feet during a series of intimate coffee shop dates in New York City and Nashville. The actor -- currently single (that Taylor fling lasted five minutes) -- will no doubt spend Thanksgiving with sister Maggie and her husband, Peter Sarsgaard,  in their quaint Park Slope brownstone. Also: he should really shave. Is it time for another intervention?
