  • Lindsay Lohan Busted for Jewel Thievery

Most Wanted. - Stephen Dunn/Getty ImagesThe neverending saga of Lindsay Lohan's life continueth: The freshly rehabbed star was unceremoniously slapped with a search warrant Tuesday night out of suspicion she stole a $2,500 necklace from a Venice Beach boutique. Radar Online hears there is video evidence of Lohan wearing said necklace; if charges are filed, there's a chance she could go back to jail, and nobody wants that. Enough already with the jail and the rehab and the Michael Lohan wailing "Lindsay is a different person now!!!" (and then writing a blog post about it). Lohan presumably freaked out, bidding an unnamed friend to quietly return the jewelry to police detectives before they searched her Venice home.

Meanwhile, the necklace is sitting in a police locker awaiting a court decision on whether to take action against La Lohan.

Should this latest chapter in the former actress' life be called A) "Lindsay Lohan the the Missing Bling" B) "WHAT NOW" or C) "Don't touch my $#@%."

    UPDATE: Police have presented the

  • Camilla Luddington Cast As Kate Middleton in Lifetime Movie

Bizarro Kate. - IMDBOur casting suggestion for the role of Kate Middleton in Lifetime's "William & Kate" biopic has been ignored! Oh well, it's not like Lauren Conrad has the Method-y acting chops necessary to properly channel her royal doppelganger on a campy cable channel known for the Tori Spelling masterpiece "Mother, May I Sleep With Danger?" Instead, Lifetime plucked a shiny-haired British lass named Camilla Luddington to portray the soon-to-be-princess, Deadline confirms. The similarities are creepy: Luddington shares a similar tweedy upbringing to Middleton (they both grew up in Berkshire County, England), rosy complexion and striking light eyes.

Luddington's credits include the upcoming Hallmark movie "Accidentally in Love," and episodes of "Days of Our Lives" and "CSI." She begins filming "William & Kate" asap since Lifetime needs to crank out the production  in time to capitalize on the real-life April 29 wedding at Westminster Abbey.

The world and Royals-obsessed cat ladies will be watching.

  • Perez Hilton, Jennifer Aniston Play Nice

Wearing Bieber glasses. - Frederick M. Brown/Getty ImagesRemember when Perez Hilton used to call Jennifer Aniston by the insulty nickname "Maniston"? That was before he publicly disavowed his celebri-bullying, and swore off name-calling and penis-drawing and everything for which the self-promoting frenenemy of Hollywood ever stood (i.e. being an unapologetic jackass). Today we learn that Aniston recently approached him in a Los Angeles parking garage -- and put him on the spot.

"We stood there like two deer in headlights," she said in an appearance on Wednesday's edition of the "Ellen" show. "And I just said, 'Come here. Just talk to me for a second.' It was one of those great moments. It was a lovely meeting, and I was just like, 'Why are you so mean?'"

She also referred to Perez as "tall, long and lean," which is a lot nicer than "Maniston"; the celebrity blogger (real name: Mario Lavandeira) could not believe his ears.

"I had not talked about meeting Jennifer Aniston out of respect for her and respect for the situation," he tells

  • Halle Berry’s Horrible, Messy Custody Battle

It's war. - Steve Granitz/WireImageHalle Berry and Gabriel Aubry continue to duke it out in the media amid an uglier-by-the-minute custody battle over their toddler daughter, Nahla. The exes are using their friends and attorneys to vilify and defend Aubry with dueling statements: Earlier this week, Berry's attorney issued a stern message to People, saying: "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in thecare of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared totake all the necessary steps to protect her."

Aubry's rep at the modeling agency Wilhelmina Models immediately fired back to "Access Hollywood," railing against Berry's "decision to falsely malign him publicly" as irresponsible and harmful to Nahla.

For its part, People magazine appears to be on Team Halle. The latest cover features a photo of a somber Berry (with Nahla) alongside the headline: "A Battle For Her Baby." Quoth Stephanie Bibeau, an ex-friend of Aubry's: "Once they broke up he became verbally threatening to Halle. He

  • Elton John To Billy Joel: I Love You (But Go Back To Rehab)

In concert, circa February 2010. - Bob Levey/WireImageElton John dishes out soundbites like candy -- never quit, Elton! -- and today, he's doling out some insanely quotable tough love to Billy Joel.

"He's going to hate me for this, but every time he goes to rehab they've been light," John tells Rolling Stone (via Usmagazine.com). "When I went to rehab, I had to clean the floors. He goes to rehab where they have TVs."

John, who was treated for alcohol and drug abuse in 1990, has serious concern for his fellow piano man and touring partner.

"I love you Billy, but this is tough love," he warns. "Billy, you have your demons and you're not going to get rid of them at rehab-lite. You've got to be serious. People adore you, they love you and respect you. You should be able to do something better than what you're doing now."

Like what? Not drinking himself into sad oblivion.

"At the end of the day, he's coasting," says John. "I always say, 'Billy, can't you write another song?' It's either fear or laziness. It upsets me. Billy's a conundrum.

  • Zsa Zsa Gabor Rushed To Hospital After Spitting up Blood

Zsa Zsa. - Ron Galella/WireImageZsa Zsa Gabor is back in the hospital for internal bleeding a week after doctors amputated her right leg. The Associated Press reports that an ambulance rushed the veteran Hollywood socialite to UCLA Medical Center after she began spitting up blood and mucus. Gabor, who's 93, has had trouble recognizing her husband, Frederic Prinz von Anhalt; she broke her hip and had replacement surgery in July, and recently, has been in and out of the hospital for a life-threatening blood clot that resulted in amputation.

  • Diane Kruger Will Not Marry Pacey

Kruger's trophy boyfriend. - Craig Barritt/Getty ImagesAnyone who ever watched "Dawson's Creek" knows that Dawson (James Van Der Beek) was not the true star of the show. Dawson's best friend Pacey (Joshua Jackson) blew him away in the categories of coolness, studliness and sense of humor. We still cannot really separate Pacey from the actor Jackson, who now stars on "Fringe" (and continues to capitalize on the popular character with stunts like Pacey-Con). But Jackson's longtime girlfriend, the lovely Diane Kruger, refuses to buy into the worship -- at least, in the permanent sense. Inexplicably, she will not marry Pacey Jackson.

Kruger tells Glamour magazine: "I was married very young (to French actor and director Guillaume Canet). We were together seven years. Without sounding pessimistic, I learned that I don't believe in marriage. I believe in commitment that you make in your heart. There's no paper that will make you stay. A guy friend of mine said, and it made a lot of sense, that people should get married at the end of the road, not

  • Kelsey Grammer Books the Plaza For Wedding Reception

The wedding bells are ringing. - Stephen Lovekin/Getty ImagesKelsey Grammer's divorce from estranged wife Camille it not yet official, but that little holdup did not prevent the actor from booking the Plaza Hotel for his wedding to fiancee Kayte Walsh.

Page Six reports Grammer intends to marry Walsh, a 29-year-old British flight attendant, in New York on Feb. 25 with a reception to follow at the Plaza. Some 150 invites have gone out, and the whole affair will reportedly cost upwards of $100,000 (yay, "Frasier" residual money!). Grammer and Walsh -- who will make Wife No. 4 -- chose all-white decor for the intimate affair. (His rep, Stan Rosenfield, did not confirm nor deny the Plaza booking to The Famous).

According to the gossip column, invitees include Walsh's family members from England, who will be put up at the Plaza. Not on the guest list: Camille Grammer, who's become a thorn in her soon-to-be-ex-husband's backside since publicizing their bitter breakup on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

  • Charlie Sheen: In Rehab at Home

In treatment. - Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagicThey tried to make Charlie Sheen go to rehab and he said NO NO NO. Meanwhile, everyone else is like, YES YES YES. But Charlie Sheen does want he wants, so rehab is coming to him. "Access Hollywood" reports the trainwreck actor is being treated at home, not at a clinic as previously reported. The super-personalized, super-private treatment involves a "sober coach" professionally trained in addiction.

    So there's that.

Meanwhile, Sheen's hit sitcom "Two and A Half Men" is on hiatus. CBS has halted filming -- ordering more episodes of "Mike and Molly" and "Rules of Engagement" -- until Sheen fully recovers.

The mega-wealthy, scandal-plagued star reportedly opted for a rehab house-call after being solicited by several facilities hoping to snare him for publicity's sake. Last week, the Sheen trainwreckage gathered momentum when he was rushed to the hospital with abdominal pain after partying with porn stars and a briefcase of cocaine at his L.A. manse. Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards stood

  • Christina Applegate Welcomes Daughter Sadie

The new parents. - Vince Bucci/Getty ImagesHappy news: Christina Applegate and her fiance, musician Martyn LeNoble, welcomed a daughter named Sadie Grace LeNoble last Thursday. "She's a beautiful little girl, and they are so happy and in love with her," Applegate's rep tells People.com

The name Sadie -- which is the Hebrew diminutive for Sarah -- is gaining popularity in the celebriverse and beyond. (And we're not talking about Jude Law's on-again off-again paramour, Sadie Miller.)

Adam Sandler chose the name for his daughter in 2006, and, according to a chart by the Baby Names Hub, the name has been on a sharp upward trend since the start of the 2000s. The site says "records indicate that at least 90,643 girls have been named Sadie since 1880 in the United States." The name dropped to near-obscurity in the 1970s, which is surprising considering The Beatles used it in a popular song title in 1968. Perhaps it was the proliferation of Sadie Hawkins day -- you know, when females would perform the crazy, bold act of asking males
