MTV Movie Awards: Best and Worst Dressed

What is it with the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards? Everyone either looks fabulous or horrific. There is no in between. Needless to say, this year was no different.

The leaders of the pack were: Sienna Miller, Lauren Conrad, and Ashley Tisdale.

Sienna sported a crystal-encrusted Twenty8Twelve stunner. The former model accessorized with a Chanel clutch and Nicholas Kirkwood heels. Follwing Sienna in the arrivals line was MTV's reality queen, Lauren Conrad. LC donned a flattering Moschino frock. The retired "Hills" heartbreaker added some drama with dark booties and goth-inspired makeup. Last, but not least, was Ms. Tisdale. Ashley opted for an age-appropriate Elise Overland dress. The "High School Musical" hottie finished her look off with a sassy belt and Paul & Joe sandals.

The style-challenged set included: Megan Fox, Rumer Willis, and Miranda Cosgrove.

Megan missed the mark in a Dolce & Gabbana disaster. The "Transformers" tart's excessive tan and slicked 'do didn't help matters. Joining Brian Austin Green's gal pal on the Worst Dressed list was Bruce and Demi's eldest daughter, Rumer, who popped a pose in a geometric Pucci piece. The celebuspawn's unnaturally colored coif was also a complete catastrophe. Meanwhile, Nickelodeon star Miranda Cosgrove strutted her stuff in a sequined Sass & Bide bomb. The "iCarly" actress delivered the biggest fashion faux pas of the evening.
