The reality star wore the exact same belly-baring black lace Pucci gown that Gwyneth Paltrow did to the 2011 Emmys for a party Diddy threw aboard a yacht in Cannes, France, on Tuesday night. But she definitely didn't win the fashion faceoff against the Oscar winner. Yes, we love Kardashian's curves (and who doesn't?), but they didn't really make the dress look the most complimentary on her body. Also, her huge chandelier earrings were a bit of a distraction from the busy dress. In comparison, Paltrow went for a very simple look when she rocked the Pucci creation: understated jewelry and her sleek blond hair left down. It's pretty shocking that Kardashian would even dare to wear the same dress, especially since Paltrow made such a splash last September when she stepped out in the very memorable look -- which landed her at the top of many best-dressed lists.

Hilton avoids Kardashian. (Splash News)Also at the swanky soiree was none other than Kardashian's friend-turned-nemesis, Paris Hilton. The two childhood friends seemed inseparable after the heiress replaced Nicole Richie with Kardashian as her bestie, until about 2007 — when Kardashian's reality show debuted on E! and her fame skyrocketed, while Hilton's waned. Last year, the brunette told Harper's Bazaar, "There comes a point in life where you just grow apart and you realize you're not as similar as you thought ... And I never run into her anywhere." Well, until Tuesday night, that is. It's unclear if the ladies ever crossed paths at the party or if the boat was big enough for the two of them to keep a safe distance. Kardashian was at the party with her new beau, Kanye West, who is in the South of France to debut his short art film, "Cruel Summer" at the Cannes Film Festival.

The reality star has been following her beau all over Europe as he and Jay-Z tour for their Watch the Throne album. Before France, the lovebirds were previously in London, where the rappers put on a soldout show at the O2 Arena … which coincidentally was attended by Jay-Z's good friend, Gwyneth Paltrow, and her two young children, Apple, 8, and Moses, 6. The actress even tweeted a photo of her kids enjoying "Uncle" Jay's concert. "Yes, it's true; My kids call Jay-Z 'Uncle Jay,'" Paltrow has said. "I call him Uncle Jay too now."
