The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star debuted a new ‘do when her plane touched down at Los Angeles International Airport on Wednesday morning. Not only did she shorten and lighten her signature brunette locks, but she also added bangs.
Chris McMillan, the celebrity stylist who turned Miley Cyrus into a punk rocker and famously created “The Rachel” for Jennifer Aniston, is the man behind the 32-year-old’s makeover. “Fun shoot today [with] @chrismcmillan,” Kardashian tweeted Tuesday from Pier 59 Studios in Manhattan. “He just can't control his scissor hands!”
Kardashian also shared a collage of photos from her snip session with McMillan. She’s seen sitting in a chair – in her bathrobe! – while the hair pro styles her to perfection. In her “after” shot, she’s wearing a cropped top and skirt, revealing a hint of her stomach.

Kanye West’s lady love is just one of many stars to hop on the bangs bandwagon this year. A few of the others with new fringe include Beyonce, Jennifer Lawrence, Demi Lovato, and Britney Spears.
Yesterday, Kardashian shared her annual family Christmas card with the world – and she looked quite different with her long, dark hair combed straight back at the top. Although the reality TV star has been dating rapper West since earlier this year, he did not make the cut on the card, which featured the main squeezes of her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian Odom. Better luck next year, Kanye!
Fans of Kim K. can ring in the new year with her in Las Vegas. The reality star has been hired to host a party at 1 OAK nightclub at the Mirage. No word on whether West will join her for the fun, but at the very least club goers can gawk at her new haircut.
