Actress Katherine Heigl went from newlywed TV star to bona fide big-screen actress and mom of two, all while living in the 3,690-square-foot Los Angeles home she bought shortly after getting married in 2007. Now the 34-year-old and her husband, musician Josh Kelly, are looking to move on, along with their two daughters, and have put the family's 4-bedroom house, located in the L.A. neighborhood of Los Feliz, on the market for $2.659 million.

According to the listing, the 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is a Southern Colonial and features wood floors, a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a fireplace in the living room, a spa-style master bath, large verandas, and lush gardens.
"Katie put a lot of money in the house and it's in beautiful condition," listing agent Dorothy Carter of Keller Williams Realty tells omg!. "It's private and gated with a beautiful pool and would be perfect either as an entertaining house for a couple or as a family home."
While Heigl and Kelly haven't yet decided where they'll be moving next, Carter says that the trendy neighborhood of Los Feliz, located less three miles from the heart of Hollywood, has been growing in popularity with celebrities. "Young Hollywood loves this area. They like the fact they can go out there and people don't bother them. They can disappear into the neighborhood and aren't hounded by the paparazzi," Carter explains. "It's quiet, but if they want to go out they are close to Hollywood and Downtown, the hottest areas of L.A. right now."
