Moore's NYC townhouse (Splash News)Julianne Moore is going to sparkle a little less. The actress had more than $127,000 worth of jewelry stolen from her New York City home.
While Moore, 51, was recently on the West Coast for the Emmy Awards — she was memorably photographed walking through the airport with her winning statuette in a carry-on bag — the theft actually took place in the summer, between June 6 and Aug. 28. An assistant for Moore — who used to be the face of Bulgari jewelry — filed the police report on Monday and stated that 10 pieces of jewelry were taken altogether. Seven of the items were from Cartier, including a $33,000 platinum diamond tennis bracelet. Four Cartier watches, totaling nearly $80,000, were also lifted.

The list of possible suspects is long. The "Game Change" star was having the townhouse that she shares with her husband, director Bart Freundlich, and their two children, Caleb, 14, and Liv, 10, renovated during that time period. Anywhere from 15 to 25 construction workers had access to the entire home. Moore was in Toronto filming the Carrie remake during much of the summer.
Moore's Greenwich Village home has been featured in Architectural Digest. It's a 1905 brick townhouse with extensive gardens. The 1,000-square-foot square foot backyard features a treehouse, created by artist Roderick Wolgamott Romero, as well as a basketball court.

The six-bedroom home has been on the market two different times since 2009 — most recently the selling price was $12.5. The listing for the five-level property noted that it has a dedicated children's floor as well as a media room.
