The 46-year-old actress found herself in the news over Thanksgiving weekend (and beyond) after Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry got into an all-out brawl with her fiancé, Olivier Martinez, when Aubry was dropping off his and Berry's 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, on Thanksgiving morning.
Now, TMZ is reporting that the home where the altercation took place is actually up for sale and that Berry quietly listed her Tuscan-style mansion a few weeks back for $15 million.
While the property, which also includes a guest house, isn't being advertised for sale nor is it listed on the multiple listing service, according to TMZ Beverly Hills real estate firm The Agency has the listing and has gotten an offer of $11 million, which Berry turned down. A contact at The Agency could not comment on the home, though a spokesperson for the real estate website Zillow confirmed that Berry purchased the pad back in 2005 for $5.995 million from "Malcolm in the Middle" actor Frankie Muniz.

While TMZ says the home is a 5-bedroom, 5,900-square-foot home with a 1,400-square-foot guest house, Zillow's records indicate that previous data stated that the house totaled 4 beds, 4 baths, and 3,780 square feet, though it's unclear whether the Berry or a previous owner expanded it.
As for where Berry is moving, the Oscar winner has been battling Aubry in court for the right to relocate with Nahla to France, where Martinez is from. The sensitive subject was reportedly what started the Thanksgiving Day fight in the first place. Ah, the holidays ...
