Fashion Faceoff: Mischa vs. Paris

Are you ready for yet another fashion faceoff? This go-round, Mischa Barton battles Paris Hilton.

First up is the English actress best known for her 2007 run-in with law enforcement officials and for her role as the painfully obnoxious Marissa Cooper on "The O.C." The statuesque part-time model attended a cocktail reception at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles late last year while wearing a divine Dsquared2 frock. She paired the backless gown with a loose ponytail, metallic strappy sandals, a gold cuff, and a silver chainmail bracelet.

Paris, on the other hand, hit the party circuit in the same dress just weeks ago at the Cannes Film Festival in the South of France. The heiress opted to enhance the toga style gown with her signature gold headband, matching heels, and white bangles.

We have another close call on our hands. I typically prefer Paris to Mischa, but I have to give the star of the soon-to-be rebooted "Melrose Place" the edge. Mischa's fierce footwear puts Paris' clunky shoes to shame. I'm also loving Mischa's messy 'do and hating on Paris' ridiculous headband. Therefore, Mischa gets the win!
