Fashion Faceoff: Julie vs. Kim

One of our favorite faceoff serial offenders is at it again! Kim Kardashian was spotted wearing the same glamorous J. Mendel gown as "Modern Family" matriarch Julie Bowen. Question is ... who wore it better?

Julie Bowen first donned the ruffled, strapless gown for the Emmy Awards in Los Angeles last August. The sitcom star paired her dress with simple jewels, a metallic clutch, and a casual half-updo.

A few months later, TV's reality queen Kim Kardashian chose the same J. Mendel number for Elton John's AIDS Foundation Oscar party in February 2011. The "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" starlet showcased her serious curves in the sexy dress and, like Bowen, kept her accessories on the simple side.

Julie does get points for wearing it first, but Kim really fills out the frock in all the right places, and her long, wavy tresses only add to the va-va-voom appeal of the dress. For me, it's Kim K. all the way.
