The "Twilight" star, 22, is known for wearing sneakers, jeans, and — let's be honest — a scowl almost all the time. She's much fancier and increasingly fashionable at red carpet events, yet she still rarely wears a smile. Although she's not the most photogenic leading lady, Stewart offers her best secret to taking great pics in a new interview with fashion website Refinery 29. "I think the biggest thing is to like what you're wearing," she says. "But, in reality, I'm not very comfortable taking pictures, so I just try to get through it. Recently, though, I've had to do a lot of 'On The Road' stuff, and I've been incredibly comfortable, not because there's a personal pride thing, but because I'm so proud of everyone, and to be a part of this group. So, I guess the secret to taking good pictures is to have a good reason to do it. Just stand tall, man! I know that's funny coming from me, but it's true!"

When your guest house looks bigger and better than the average person's actual house, you know you've got a top-notch pad on your hands. And that's the certainly the case with the Hollywood Hills estate of Grammy winner Sheryl Crow, which she just listed for a whopping $15.95 million. The lovely Craftsman (see photos below) guest house with its posh living room and three bedrooms may look like it's fit for celebrity living, but that's just one of two (yes two) additional homes on the property reserved for Sheryl's visitors.

If I wore that I would look like I was pregnant, or a fat stripper." Her boobs, she adds, are "such a pain in the a--."

Another is then being able to hire a crew of architects and designers to make it so enticing and luxurious that you're then able to then list it for $9.5 million five years later, despite a market downturn.
