Generating over 2.4 million votes worldwide, the annual list of women to watch was announced Tuesday, December 11^th, and along with Lawrence at No. 1, featured a host of new names and fresh faces, while former mainstays like Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez either dropped far down the list or fell off it entirely.

At the New York premiere of "Les Mis" on Monday, the 30-year-old actress hit the red carpet dressed head to toe in black. To go with her floor-length gown by Tom Ford — which featured a thigh-high slit and a dramatic cape — the newlywed had the designer make her custom gladiator stiletto-boots that went up to her thigh. The bondage boots, which were created with vegan leather, featured open toes and then straps and buckles that ran up and down her leg.
