The 41-year-old actor has been making a mint flipping more than 15 homes in the Los Angeles area since 2002. His latest project? A Beverly Hills mega-mansion he bought at an IRS auction and has spent the past year completely gutting. When he's all done with renovations, Renner plans to list the 11-bedroom property for at least $25 million. "I'm very lucky," he says in the August issue of Esquire. "I could have pretty easily been driving a forklift."

In the new pic, Theron, 36, sports a buzz cut on the post-apocalyptic movie's set in Namibia while cuddling Jackson, the adorable little boy she adopted earlier this year. Unlike "Monster," which required the actress to gain 30 pounds and wear fake crooked teeth, Theron's "Mad Max" transformation didn't require major body changes. Reportedly, however, her character will be missing part of her arm. A stunt double will help out with scenes where the body part is visible.
