After moving from Los Angeles to New York a year ago, Solange Knowles didn't do the Manhattan thing like her famous sister and brother-in-law, Beyonce and Jay-Z. Instead, she and her family took up residence in the hipper-by-the-minute borough of Brooklyn. The 26-year-old musician, DJ, and model now resides in the eclectic neighborhood of Carroll Gardens along with her boyfriend, music director Alan Ferguson, and her 7-year-old son Julez. She recently opened up their brownstone to Elle.

The 40-year-old "Modern Family" star channels famed comedian Lucille Ball in a new photo posted to her WhoSay page. Vergara is virtually unrecognizable as she recreates a classic Ball look. She has on a curly red wig and polka-dot dress as she hams it up, posing with her mouth slightly open as if she's about to yell, "Ricky!" Her makeup is also spot on, including the overarched eyebrows, and she is wearing a pearl necklace and earrings.

They're just some of the stars that appear in a new video to promote the international Fashion's Night Out event on September 6. Fashion's Night Out is one evening of the year where participating retail stores stay open late and entice customers to hit the racks with cocktails and celebrity appearances. To get shoppers in the mood, this year's PSA even features "Glee's" Darren Criss singing — appropriately enough — Madonna's 1985 song "Dress You Up."
