Life has changed a lot for Reese Witherspoon over the last 18 months. The former single mother (who divorced fellow actor Ryan Phillippe in 2007) got married again last March and is expecting a baby with her new hubby, agent Jim Toth, any day now. (It will be her third child, his first.) Now, with her family expanding, Witherspoon is actually downsizing her real estate portfolio, putting the Ojai, California, ranch she purchased in 2008 on the market for a cool $10 million.

Guess what? It's time for another good 'ol fashion faceoff! And Jessica Biel and Kerry Washington are the two lovely ladies who happen to find themselves going head to head in this week's who-wore-it-better battle.

Biel, who we'll soon be able to call Mrs. Justin Timberlake, stepped out in the Christian Dior Resort 2013 frock first at the 2012 ESPY Awards in July. The "Total Recall" actress looked almost ballerina-like in a white version of the dress — clearly, she's got wedding bells on the brain — which accentuated her tiny waist. A retro ponytail, Nicholas Kirkwood shoes (featuring a fun neon yellow heel), and a huge diamond engagement ring completed the 30-year-old's simple-yet-chic ensemble.

Looking svelte and sexy, the "Hunger Games" star posed in a variety of aviary-inspired pics in the October issue, complete with over-the-top costumes, headgear, and a variety of birds.

The 33-year-old star, who is friends with show creator Ryan Murphy, will play Cassandra July, a mean girl dance instructor at Rachel's (Lea Michele) new school, NYADA. The role is putting Hudson, who took a break from Hollywood to expand her brood, back in the spotlight. Already a mom to 8-year-old Ryder (with musician Chris Robinson), Hudson and her fiancé, Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy, welcomed their first child, Bingham, in 2011, and she's embracing her new family.

The single mom is probably letting out a deep exhale this afternoon after concluding the highly anticipated presentation of her fashion line, Holmes & Yang, at New York Fashion Week. The event took place early Wednesday in the Box Theater at Lincoln Center. It is the first time Holmes and her partner, celebrity stylist Jeanne Yang, showed their line, which they started in 2008, at NYFW.

"I was reluctant because he is such an influential guy, and what if it didn't work out," she admits. "I'm very in love, and it feels great," the 24-year-old shares. "I feel like I'm more comfortable in my own skin. You see me instead of all the makeup and hair."

Just a few days after kicking up some controversy at the MTV Video Music Awards, where she locked lips with her abusive ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, the 24-year-old singer unveiled her latest tattoo: a huge image of the Egyptian goddess Isis positioned beneath her breasts.

Rihanna's latest ink is a tribute to her late grandmother, Clara "Dolly" Brathwaite, who died in June after battling cancer. "Goddess Isis - Complete Woman - Model for future generations - #GRANGRANDOLLY - always in and on my heart #1love," Rihanna tweeted along with a photo in which she was strategically covering her chest.
