The 2009 PopSugar 100 list has been unveiled! To determine who is the most popular star in Hollywood, we decided to spice things up a bit by having readers vote in a playoff format bracket to narrow down our list of celebs from 128 finalists all the way to number one.

The bracket matched up everyone from Heidi Montag vs. Angelina Jolie to Robert Pattinson vs. Jennifer Aniston. Over 20 million votes were calculated to make the 2009 PopSugar 100 truly unique in showcasing just who had the biggest year in Hollywood. As it turns out, no one is immune to "Twilight" fever!

Chloe Sevigny popped a pose in yet another startling ensemble upon arriving at the 2nd Annual Veuve Clicquot Manhattan Polo Classic. Her light beige scallop short suit was beyond scary, and her Mary Poppins-esque straw boater didn't help matters.

Ashley Olsen strutted her stuff at the LA premiere of "The Hangover." I appreciate that she attempted to smile, but I'm still confused as to why she'd wear a slinky CK nightgown out on the town. Get a room!

Tori Spelling was pretty bummed when skinny jeans came back into fashion because at the time she was pregnant with her first child Liam. Fortunately, skinny jeans are still hot -- and she can wear them to her heart's content with a fabulous pair of flats. She is a sensible mother of two you know!

First up is the English actress best known for her 2007 run-in with law enforcement officials and for her role as the painfully obnoxious Marissa Cooper on "The O.C." The statuesque part-time model attended a cocktail reception at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles late last year while wearing a divine Dsquared2 frock. She paired the backless gown with a loose ponytail, metallic strappy sandals, a gold cuff, and a silver chainmail bracelet.

Paris, on the other hand, hit the party circuit in the same dress just weeks ago at the Cannes Film Festival in the South of France. The heiress opted to enhance the toga style gown with her signature gold headband, matching heels, and white bangles.

What is it with the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards? Everyone either looks fabulous or horrific. There is no in between. Needless to say, this year was no different.

The leaders of the pack were: Sienna Miller, Lauren Conrad, and Ashley Tisdale.

Sienna sported a crystal-encrusted Twenty8Twelve stunner. The former model accessorized with a Chanel clutch and Nicholas Kirkwood heels. Follwing Sienna in the arrivals line was MTV's reality queen, Lauren Conrad. LC donned a flattering Moschino frock. The retired "Hills" heartbreaker added some drama with dark booties and goth-inspired makeup. Last, but not least, was Ms. Tisdale. Ashley opted for an age-appropriate Elise Overland dress. The "High School Musical" hottie finished her look off with a sassy belt and Paul & Joe sandals.

The style-challenged set included: Megan Fox, Rumer Willis, and Miranda Cosgrove.

I actually got to see a sneak preview of "The Proposal" several weeks ago. My review? I absolutely loved it. Sure, there are a few romantic comedy cliches smattered throughout the flick, but it's funny and genuinely made me laugh. Sandy and Ryan Reynolds are absolutely adorable in the lead roles, and Betty White's hilarious performance as Ryan's sassy grandma is priceless. If I haven't sold you on the movie yet, perhaps Bullock's first-ever "naked scene" with her hunky costar will entice you.

"You know why I looked hot [on the day we shot that scene]?" she tells Fletcher during her interview. "Because everyone was looking at Ryan. Our stuff was hanging in each other's faces, and we didn't care....
