Sexy Dress Showdown

Whether you find this dress to be totally hot or totally trashy, there's no denying its red carpet appeal. Anyone who slips into this revealing Herve Leger strapless mini is guaranteed to get their picture taken ... even if they aren't an A-list actress.
Well, kudos to C-listers Heidi Pratt, Kristin Cavallari, and Heather Graham. The attention-hungry trio got what they asked for -- more exposure. And, speaking of exposure, their barely-there ensembles left little to the imagination! With sheer cut-out panels placed from lower bust to upper thigh, this dress screams "Sexy!" ... or "Skanky!" ... depending on your mood.
Anyway, the three "stars" all looked relatively similar in their outfits. Heidi rocked the frock during a dinner date at the Waverly Inn in NYC. "Hills" hottie Kristin popped a pose in the mini upon arriving at a "Wizard of Oz" gala in LA. And, Roller Girl (aka Heather Graham) sported the miniscule piece of fabric to the SoCal premiere of "The Hangover."
It's difficult for me to decide who looked best because I find the dress to be quite tacky. But, if forced to pick a fave, I'd have to go with Heidi Pratt/Montag/Whatever. Tacky just seems to suit her.

CristyKristin actually brings some class to the pretty %@!*#y dress...there is a time to grow up and stop wearing %@!*#y clothes. Hiedi's accessories clash & the fake blonde hair adds to the %@!*#y dress. Heather is slumpy and has a gut , just looks like she came from the bar.
