    Are you ready for another designer dress duel? This time, Disney darling Ashley Tisdale does battle with the feisty 15-year-old star of "True Jackson, VP," Keke Palmer. First up, the "High School Musical" hottie.

    The Tiz rocked the red carpet at the 2009 MTV Movie Awards while wearing a purple leather Elise Overland dress. She paired the fab frock with a sassy belt and strappy Paul & Joe sandals. Her darkened locks also happened to be straightened for the soiree. Miss Palmer, on the other hand, recently donned the same dress while attending Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards back in March. The "Akeelah and the Bee" star also sported purple nail polish, minimal makeup, and black patent pumps.

    Another tough one! I prefer Ashley's fierce footwear, and I've been loving her updated 'do, but I also think Keke looked super cute. It's nearly a draw, but I'll go with the Tiz simply because she's been looking better than ever as of late.

    Ashley won because Keke was being too safe and boring with her outfit. Solid color dresses like that need to have accessories to become more exciting and to make the dress pop! That was Keke's crucial mistake.
