Trying out a new cut is one thing, but committing to a new hair color is a whole different ball game. Not only does a fresh shade require you to rethink your makeup and accessories, it essentially forces you to adjust your entire wardrobe. Take Fergie for example; the BEP songstress loves to change up the color of her locks every other month. But, in doing so, the singer also makes sure to dress accordingly.
