The breakout name this year is Cataleya, which is the name of the sexy, violent heroine -- played by Zoe Saldana -- in the 2011 French-American action film "Colombiana."

The 27-year-old actress reached a plea deal on Thursday in the case in which she was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving on a suspended license.

Bynes, who was not present at the Los Angeles Superior Court hearing in Burbank, California, was sentenced to three years of probation and a $1,400 fine for the violations last year.

Bynes's legal troubles began in March 2012, when police pulled her over for talking on a hand-held phone while driving and she sped away. She was arrested for suspicion of DUI the following month.

Her streak of bad driving continued in September, when she was charged with two hit-and-run accidents in April and August, and her license was finally suspended. She continued to drive, however, and was later charged with driving on a suspended license.

Jillian Michaels's family has gotten bigger over the last year, and it sounds like she might now be looking to move to a bigger home too.

Michaels and family. (Getty Images) "The Biggest Loser" trainer has listed her three-bedroom, four-bath home in the Hollywood Hills for $2.45 million, according to real estate website Zillow. According to property records, Michaels purchased the place just over five years ago for $1.565 million.

Vogue cropped the 32-year-old reality star – who scored a last-minute invite to the A-List event thanks to her baby daddy – out of a photo she posed for with West, which the mag posted on its website.

But the pop star thought the whole thing smelled rather fishy (pun intended), and decided to do something about it.

In the paperwork, Gomez argues that she only backed out of the deal because the perfume company was strapped for cash and couldn't possibly manufacture and market her perfume line as promised.
