The Cannes Film Festival is not only a place for Hollywood's A-listers to present their latest projects, but it's also a venue where the most glamorous stars can shine on the red carpet! While some celebs wow us with their selections, even with the help of stylists, it's easy to fall prey to fashion misses.

So, who earned high marks on our red carpet report card? Cindy Crawford gets an A+ for her white Roberto Cavalli gown. With the plunging neckline and gold embellishments, it proved that her supermodel days are far from over. And Oscar winner Jennifer Lawrence rocked the red carpet at the premiere of "Catching Fire" in a classic yet elegant black-and-white Christian Dior gown.

While these ladies looked stunning on the red carpet, Eva Longoria showed a little too much skin (even accidentally flashing the crowd!) in a blue Atelier Versace gown that looked a lot like a mermaid's net. And Kirsten Dunst donned a black Michael van der Ham printed dress that she could have easily pulled out of her grandmother's closet.

Amanda Bynes in her acting days (Getty Images)Former actress Amanda Bynes, who has made headlines dozens of times in recent months for erratic behavior, was arrested at her apartment in New York City on Thursday for reckless endangerment, tampering with physical evidence, and physical possession of marijuana, law enforcement authorities confirm to "omg! Insider."

According to WNBC, officers were called to her Midtown Manhattan West 47th Street apartment following following a report that a disorderly person on the premises. The doorman reported that she was smoking marijuana in the lobby, but when police arrived, she had gone back to her apartment on the 36th floor.

Officers reportedly headed to her apartment and observed a marijuana-smoking bong as Bynes opened the door to answer. She allegedly then tossed the bong out the window. Officers reported a "heavy" smell of marijuana in the apartment.

She was then reportedly taken to Roosevelt Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation before heading to a Midtown police station for processing, according to sources.

Jessica Simpson is having a whirlwind year.

She gave birth to her first child last May and – what do you know! – discovered she was pregnant again before the year was over. Now, with baby number two on the way and a wedding to fiancé Eric Johnson in the works, the 32-year-old is adding another change to the mix: She's selling her Beverly Hills home for $7.995 million, according to real estate website Redfin.

The battle of the Justins is on! Bill Hader caught up with Howard Stern on his Sirius XM radio show on Wednesday to talk about his recent departure from "Saturday Night Live" after eight seasons. And while the comedian has worked with his fair share of A-list celebrity guests on "SNL," the shock jock brought up fan favorite, Justin Timberlake. Stern said, "I was very shocked that Justin Timberlake was such a good guest host." Bill agreed and shared his love for the low-maintenance singer saying, "He's great. Also, the guy doesn't show up with anybody. It's just him."

The funnyman then launched into a comparison between Timberlake and another famous Justin ... the Biebs! And he didn't exactly have rave reviews for the younger pop star saying, "Justin Bieber showed up with like 20 guys ... He had a guy holding a slice of pizza. A guy holding a Diet Coke. You're trying to fight through all these people to get dressed."

Leonardo DiCaprio preparing for charity takeoff (WireImage) An auction item featuring actor Leonardo DiCaprio went for $1.5 million at the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS charity dinner in Cannes on Thursday — and the winning experience is one befitting of Gatsby himself.

A lucky bidder paid the massive sum ($1.2 million in euros) for a ride on Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic, which offers commercial flights to space, alongside the "Titanic" star. The package was set up by showbiz exec Harvey Weinstein, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

After buying the waterfront lot in 2010 for $7.4 million and having the 10-bedroom home custom built, A-Rod put the place on the market in August just a year after taking possession of it. Asking price? A cool $38 million.

Then, in January, the New York Yankees third baseman took the stunning contemporary pad off the market. Guess no one wanted to shell out the hefty purchase price?

Now, however, A-Rod's scored a home run and sold the place for $30 million. Sure, it's $8 million under his one-time asking price, but according to various reports, the athlete spent somewhere between $7.6 million and $18 million to build the home, which means he still netted him some sort of profit even after selling at the "discounted" price.

And the new owner has plenty of luxury to look forward to.

Rudolph is currently expecting her fourth child with Anderson, but before her baby bump began to show, she and McBride brought the funny with a variety of looks — including mid-Western gothic, a Floridian panhandle safari, and the cardigan chic of a Pennsylvania Sears — for the photo spread.
