LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- "High School Musical" star Ashley Tisdale has graduated to a few new solo projects.
Tisdale, who plays the ever-so-proud-of-herself Sharpay Evans in the "HSM" franchise, is in talks to star in a remake of the 1989 movie "Teen Witch," according to Variety.

Besides her big screen ventures, Tisdale is also in talks with FremantleMedia North America (the same company which produces "American Idol") for a new TV project.
