LOS ANGELES, Calif. -- Anne Heche will not have to pay her ex-husband, Coley Laffoon, spousal and child support for the month of July according to a judge's ruling in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The actress' legal team had gone to court yesterday to request a change in the court order concerning her almost $15,000 per month payments to Laffoon, the father of her son, Homer.

Heche claimed she is too broke to continue the spousal support, according to documents obtained by AccessHollywood.com.
Because Heche's show, "Men In Trees," was canceled, she claims she has less than $35,000 total in all of her accounts.

A further hearing on the matter has been continued to July 2.
"After a year and half of litigation fees, Anne is in a temporary financial situation but is confident that she will move through this quickly. She will continue to take care of Homer and her only hope is that this will end as quickly as possible," a rep for Heche said in a statement to Access.
