Beyonce Knowles traded her ice skater gown for this far more flattering frock at the Sony/BMG After Party in Beverly Hills. Although she failed to win a Grammy this year, she fulfilled a lifelong dream of performing with Tina Turner. Afterwards she celebrated with beau Jay-Z and Destiny's Child bandmate Michelle Williams.
